"Gabi. Come on we are going to be late for school" Gabi best friend Sharpay Evans screamed up the stairs. "I'm coming Shar, can you come here a minute please" Gabriella shouted back to her nervously. Sharpay ran up the stairs as fast as she could and run into Gabriella's bedroom. "what's wrong" Sharpay asked to a crying Gabriella."Shar…I'm. Pregnant" Gabriella whispered. "WHAT" Sharpay yelled. "shhh.i'm pregnant with…troy Bolton's baby" Gabi looked down ashamed.
"You are pregnant with…TROYS BABY…Gabi…you hate each other, how did it happen if you to hate each other..?" "I don't know. we was drunk at Chad's birthday party and he was flirting with me and then he kissed me and it lead from there really. and we woke up the next day n Chad's bed with Chad and Taylor staying over us and they knew straight away what happened but we didn't fight like we usually did…" Sharpay squealed..."this is FABULOUS…" Gabi looked up surprise. "WHAT…you are happy??
Sharpay jumped up." YES...OF COURSE..NOW YOU HAVE TO RING HIM AND TELL HIM..."
"NOOOOOO way Sharpay…no I've got to get out of Albuquerque today. I have got to let troy live his life and make his dream shar but I cant if there is going to be a kid around, so Shar, I guess this is goodbye and I will keep in touch"
"NO you are not leaving Gabi; you will break everyone's heart especially Troy's" Sharpay replied quickly.
"I got to go Sharpay you don't understand. But always remember I love you all and tell Chad, Tay, Ryan, kelsi that I will meet up with all of them soon and I love them and tell Troy that…I love him with all my heart and I'm only a phone call away if he needs me and I will see him soon and tell him just like kindergarten" Gabriella got up and walked to the door.
"Bye Shar" "bye Gabi, remember we are best friend forever.
Sharpay turned around and walked away from the Montez household for the last time ever.
2 years later... everyone has graduated and are going to U of A and Troypay are dating and Chaylor are still dating and Ryan has moved to London… and its summer holidays. They are going back to Albuquerque for the summer…
Troy, Sharpay, Chad, Taylor, Kelsi, Jason, Zeke are all sitting in Troy's spare house in Albuquerque talking about Gabriella. "Is it just me or does everyone miss Gabster like I do" Chad asked slumping back into the armchair." We all do babe" Taylor mumbled sadly thinking about their memeories with Gabi and all the fun they had together and remember seeing Troy and Gabriella at Chad party and smiles.Sharpay was also thinking about Gabriella and the night she left came rushing back to her and one word kept coming into her head: PREGNANT, PREGNANT, PREGNANT…
"Troy, we need to talk now, privately please?" Sharpay stood up impatiently and walked towards the garden door. "ok" troy got up looking confused and walked out into the back garden and sat on the bench. Sharpay sat next to him and grabbed his hand and held it tight. "Troy, I just going to get to the point, I cant stand seeing you finch every time Gabriella's name gets brought into a conversation, and I now there is still something there between you to…so I think we should break up because I need a break and you need GABRIELLA back" "Shar, to be honest with you I was going to do the same thing. I don't think we was meant to be…I mean...we was only ever meant to be mates and I know you fancy the pants off of Jared Murillo" Sharpay looked up at Troy and smiled big and gripped his hand tighter.
"I prefer it this way. I mean…JUST FRIENDS…now that over we can get back inside and enjoy the holidays as friends and have a FABULOUS time" Sharpay giggled and stood up and pulled troy back into the house…
