"Why did I do it, why did I do it." James muttered to himself, his girlfriend Kerry Chang closing in on him from behind. "I will catch you James Adams and when I do you will be sorry," Her yells disturbing other CHERUB kids continuing a normal day, besides, there was nothing normal about James and Kerry fighting. James knew she would soon catch him so he decided it was best to give in sooner rather than later, he slowed his running to a jog shortly after Kerry caught up. "Kerry, hear me out, I am sorry about what I did and I don't know why I did it, just please don't hurt me I have a big mission coming up and I don't want to have to call and tell John that I cant do the mission because of a broken bone that was the result of getting in a fight." James looked up into Kerry's eyes hoping to see some sympathy, and to his delight he saw a glimpse. Even though it was just a glimpse he knew he had chosen his words well. He was feeling pretty confident nothing would happen. Suddenly, "I'm breaking James." Kerry had made it so emotionless yet so powerfull, "W-w-w-what," James said weakly, "You're leaving me?" But Kerry had already left.
