Germany seemed fed up with everyone's fighting. He began yelling at them: "Everybody SHUT UP! We called this meeting to fix the world's problems, not to fight about the problems of our past, and since I'm the only country who knows how to run a meeting around here, we'll follow MY rules from here on out! Eight minutes each for speeches, no chit-chatting about side deals, and absolutely NO going over the time limit! Now, if you want to speak raise your hand, and do not do so in a way that mocks any solute to my country's past!" (Yes. I DID actually memorize that whole thing) Italy slowly raised his hand.

"Germany recognizes his friend, Italy!"

Italy thought for a few moments, then gave up and cried out "PASTAAAAA~"

Suddenly, Germany, Japan, and Prussia all looked at him, concerned.

"Feliciano! Are you okay?" Prussia looked really concerned.

"He's been asleep since the meeting..." Japan said, looking to Prussia.

"Feliciano! Wake up, NOW!"

Romano walked into the room. "Did my stupid little brother fall asleep again?"

"It would appear that way..."

Feliciano slowly opened his eyes to see Ludwig, Kiku, Lovino, and Gilbert all standing over him. When he sat up, he saw that he was in the nurse's office. Prussia hugged him immediately.

"Dude, we were so worried!"

"You've been asleep for six hours!"

Feliciano looked around. "Just had the weirdest dream... We were all countries! I was North Italy, and fratello, you were South Italy, and Ludwig was Germany, and Kiku, you were Japan, and Gil was Prussia, and-"

Gilbert laughed. "Kid, you have some crazy dreams."

"Hai. They are most unusual. Would you mind telling us more about it?"

"Well, at first it was during World War One, and I was hiding in a tomato box, and then Ludwig found me, and he was really scary so I was pretending to be a tomato box fairy, and then he took me captive, but I didn't run away cause I got to sleep as much as I wanted. Then it changed to World War Two and Kiku and I were doing some sort of training thingie with Ludwig, and then we all got stranded on an island, and Alfred, he was America, and Arthur, he was England, and Ivan and Yao, they were Russia and China, all came and attacked us, but then a big version of my grandpa showed up and sang this song about Heaven and Hell, and then it was christmas, and Toni was Finland AND Santa, and then...

Kiku listened intently to the story, and was slightly dissappointed when Ludwig cut him off after an hour. Still, when he went back this dorm room, he began to sketch out Alfred, and had him saying "All right, guys, time to start the world meeting! Let's join hands and solve all the world's problems, one by one!" He drew out an entire chapter of a manga, then finally signed it with his pen name.
