Personality: Victoria is an extermly smart and resourceful girl. She enjoys reading, writing, and kicking ass. It's very easy for her to trust people and she makes friends very easily with most trust people can be a good thing, it's also her fatal flaw. She cannot, for the life of her, see the bad and people before it's too late. You always say "it's okay, they were just…" She doesn't like to be wrong and she doesn't like to be corrected. She can't stand it when people lie to her. She's very sneaky and extremely sarcastic. She likes to "play with her food" when she is fighting against a hero. But the weird thing is, she can be really good friends with heroes as well. Dick Grayson is one of her best friends and she sometimes goes to heroes for advice. This is what makes her more of an antihero than a villain. However, she will never admit it. She wants to be a villain.
Powers: due to her exposure to her fathers for your gas since she was very little, it has had a weird effect on her. She now has the ability to transform into any person or animal. When she turns into a person, she can use their powers if they have any. However, this can have extreme side effects. For example, if she uses Superman's heat vision, she cannot turn it off. If she uses his flight, she can't fly anymore then about 10 feet in the air. From her mother, she inherited the ability to read minds. She can create mind links with people, so no matter how far away from her they are she can read their minds and they can read hers.
