The Bau team gathered at the Ricotta Restaurant in New York. They all settled down and picked up their menus. Morgan and Garcia ordered the spaghetti special, Rossi, Reid, and Hotch ordered a steak, and Prentiss ordered a salad.
"Prentiss, you know you can eat anything with a body like that" Morgan said as Prentiss rolled her eyes.
"We have fitness evals next month, I have to keep healthy" Prentiss said as Garcia realized there was a man staring at Prentiss.
"Oh Prentiss I think you have an admirer" Garcia said in a playful tone as Hotch and Rossi smiled. Prentiss looked back and caught the gaze of a handsome man. She turns her head quickly, but it happened, he got up and walked over. Morgan chuckled as Reid smiled sympathetically.
"Roses are red violets are blue; I think your hot and damn sexy too" The man said
"Roses are red violets are blue; how many girls have you said that too"? Prentiss countered. As the team giggled in the back.
"Hmm I like a girl with a little edge, the names Jason" He said
"Emily" She said back
"So...can I have your number" He asked bluntly, which took Prentiss by surprise.
She smiled "sure" She grabbed his hand and wrote down three numbers, he looked at it.
"9-1-1" he mumbled, loud enough for the entire table to hear.
"I don't get it" He said confusedly as the team broke out into laughter. He walked away looking at his hand.
"Gotta love New Yorkers" Prentiss said
