Its an ordinary night in Vale, well, as ordinary as it gets. You could say the "ordinary" includes a dust shop robbery. With a masked reptilian faunus keeping watch while two other unknown faunus ransacked the shop to take any and all dust found, they knew they were in the clear.

"This has to be the easiest heist we've done yet," whispered one White Fang member, a girl.

"I know, its as if the humans want us to take it!" whispered back the other White Fang, a man.

"How much more you two?" the watch-person asked. Silence. "Uh, guys?"

He turned around to see the mask of one member on the ground, with the other just fallen. The cases of dust on the ground, half filled, next to the neatly stacked shelves of dust. He held up his flashlight to the ceiling, to see some weird substance stuck to the top, with his two partners hanging limp. He quickly scanned the other areas, but forgetting one place. He then felt the breath of something on the back of his neck, turning around to see rows of jagged, razor sharp teeth in a terrifying smile. That was the last thing he saw, as his screams echoed across the block.

R A G E

It was a nice sunny day in Vale as Team RWBY, the greatly known first years in Beacon Academy, were strolling along, having their own conversation with themselves, mostly ending up with Ruby saying something towards Weiss which may or may not have annoyed her, causing a response from Weiss, which ended up with Yang saying something, and rarely Blake, and then the cycle restarts. That endless train was put on halt, as they stumbled upon a murder scene, which seemed to coincide with a robbery.

"What happened?" started Ruby.

"Probably just another robbery," Weiss said.

"Well, why don't we just ask someone?" offered Yang.

"What's the use? Its obviously just another White Fang robbery," conclude Weiss, to which agitated Blake who gave out a noise of complaint, to which no one noticed. Ruby, being her curious self, and wanting to know what happened, went up to the nearest person.

"Um… sir?" she asked gaining the attention of the green eyed man. He had ginger hair, wore a grey shirt and black jeans, with black sneakers, and a black jacket unzipped.

"Sup?" the man asked nonchalantly.

"What happened?"

"You're asking the wrong person. But if I were to guess, it would be another Fang robbery," the man guessed.

"Knew it," Weiss spoke up, she and the rest of the team joining the two.

"But that doesn't explain the body bags," Blake spoke up for the first time.

"Well, I'd also guess since the storekeeper wasn't there, the bastards had some unexpected company. I'm pretty sure I saw one of the bodies without a head," the man finished, causing some "Ew's" from the team.

"But if there was a fight, then why isn't any of the stuff smashed?" Yang asked.

"Easy, stealth."

"And how would you know all this?" asked Blake suspiciously, not taking to kindly having her ex-brothers and sisters in arms killed. Sure, she broke off, but that didn't mean she wanted them dead.

"Just a hunch. Well, nice meeting you four. Name's Crimson. Crimson Bunsen," the man said before walking away.

"He seemed cool," Yang commented.

"He seems suspicious," Blake said back.

"What d'ya mean?" Ruby asked, also thinking Crimson seemed cool.

"The way he talked, as if he knew about the entire thing," Blake explained.

"I agree, he just seems to know so much, even though he said he wasn't there," Weiss continued.

Crimson, just a short distance away, continued walking. "Damn their perceptive," he whispered disdainfully. He talked too much, like always. He needed to get that under control.

"Not perceptive enough though," spoke another voice, a deeper voice, deep within his mind. "They wouldn't guess you could do it."

Far enough away, he could talk at normal volume. "What's that supposed to mean?" Crimson asked.

"We only assume with your tiny physique, no one would guess that you would have stopped that robbery."

"Shut up…" because indeed, he was a little on the skinny side. He reached his apartment, which could be considered cheap, but not too cheap. "Welp, this was a nice little abode, but I guess we should head that way again."

"We don't have enough lien for another transfer. Those three hardly had any to begin with, so unless you plan to head on foot-"

"Nope!"

"Then we need to find out if and when there's going to be another robbery, or we could try to find the closest hide away for those animals."

"Argh… Well, do you want to put your hunger aside to follow a group?"

"Grrrr… We can try."

"Then I guess its settled! So, what should we have for lunch?"

"Fish sticks and chocolate."

"Of course…" Crimson finished with an eye roll.

The window was open during this conversation, allowing a curious pigeon to land on the window sill, to which it was wrapped in the red substance, and pulled inward with a shocked coo.

A/N So, firstly, I'd say I'm gonna have more fun with this than any other, since the next chapter will include another exchange between Crimson and Team RWBY, most of all a little fun exchange with Blake, the kitty cat.
