Having Faith by HPFangirl71

"Wotcher Bill!"

Bill Weasley turned around to see Tonks staring at him in the semi-darkness, her hair a muted shade of Purple. He smiled at her with relief.

"Here to take my watch I take it.," he said in greeting.

"That would be a righto, seems we're short on details, Arthur wants Malfoy Manor watched day and night in case Voldemort decides to make a sudden move."

"There doesn't seem to be any apparating in or out of the mansion, in fact I saw two Death Eaters arrive on foot late this afternoon, but they didn't seem to be up to anything suspicious. You may want to keep an eye out though, just in case they come back out." he replied with a half yawn, he'd been on a 12 hr watch and was desperately in need of some sleep.

He turned to leave as Tonks slid into position for watch duty; but she turned suddenly to stop him and whispered.

"Remus saw the trio just yesterday. I thought maybe you should know."

"Thanks, but I'm not my brother's keeper nor am I Harry's or Hermione's.'" he looked at her resolutely, but she could see the relief reaching his eyes.

"Remus tried to convince them to let him join but it only ended in an argument with Harry. It seems their on some dangerous secret mission of Dumbledore's." she replied.

"Perhaps he left them the key to defeating Voldemort." he stated simply.

"They need to let someone help them then. They can't possible do it on their own, can they?"

"As much as I'm worried about Ron, I have absolute faith in Harry. He's Dumbledore's man through and through, so if he has a plan to defeat Voldemort then I'm sure it's the right one."

Tonks let a slow smile reach her lips as she watched him slip quietly off into the woods that surrounded Malfoy Manor. As her hand slipped down her slightly swollen stomach, she suddenly felt that perhaps Harry was the key to saving them all.
