Warning: Reincarnation AU, Character Death.
There was always a history between all of them even though only thirteen of them talked knew each others names. The fourteenth always would glance at them and smile sadly. The saddest part was them not knowing they were messing him. At least one of them had a class with him, Bilbo never made a motion though to join them.
Bilbo clutched at his geometry book as he slipped past the aisles of hyped up teens, who talked if the one of millions of parties going in that Friday night. Bilbo being small and quiet he could easily listen in. He knew that he would be able to go if he wanted and not get caught be the jocks guarding the doors.
Bilbo though was respectable and would not be caught dead at any alcohol infested house. He might walk by, and watch as the people he once knew laughed. The old companies life was important to him, even if they didn't know he was there. Sometimes he wondered if any of them remembered. The golden halls of Erebor, the grey wizard, the hated for elves, Azog, and there Burglar.
The warm salt feel down his face as he thought of it. Bilbo blinked fast as he moved into his class sitting in the back next to the window. The teens filled the front of the room quickly as the bell rang none even seeing Bilbo. Radagast shuffled in and the class quieted. The sounds of pencils and popping gum echoed through the class during Radagast's lecture on DNA and RNA. Bilbo sighed as the boredom grew to much and the teens started turning in there seats and talking to friends.
Bilbo looked out the window and his frown turned up slightly as he looked at the thirteen. There was Ori, dori, nori off to one side with Dwalin's arm lazily dropped over Ori's shoulder. Fili and Kili held hands and laughed as Bofur, Bombur, and Bifur mock fought. Balin sighed as they moved past him, and Oin and Gloin placed bets on who would win. Bilbo eyes was mainly on one.
Thorin Oakensheild.
