Rain beat across the tarmac. The airport was in ruins, only the control tower still standing as the Shadaloo soldiers swept through the building, claiming everything in sight in the name of their master, Bison. In front of the military cargo plane two figures were illuminated under floodlights that were set up around them. Bison stood, arms folded with a sadistic smile on his face as his opponent lay bleeding on the ground at his feet. Guile, who had fought the evil dictator one on one had failed, his blood mixing with the rain as he was beaten to within an inch of his life. For an instant he had considered giving up, of letting Bison end his life right now and be done with it. But that was never an option. He could never face his family, never return to them if he allowed himself to give in now. Rising slowly, his body ached, his bones crunching against one another as he felt the multiple breaks and fractures all over.
"So, Lazarus rises again? How predictable." Bison laughed, a purple aura beginning to envelop him as his Psycho power raged once more. Guile stared blurry eyed at his enemy. Years of searching had led to this moment and he only had one move left. In his current state it would likely kill him, but it was the one move he had designed for this purpose. The only move in his arsenal created to fight M. Bison.
"You, you've got one last chance Bison, give up now, or I'm taking you down." Guile stated strongly, raising an accusing finger to point at his opponent who simply grinned in response. "Fine, you want to play it that way..." Guile charged. Swinging his arm up in a back handed slap, Bison teleported. From behind Guile, Bison reached out to grab him by the brush top, but his hand gripped around nothing as the American yelled out "Flash Kick" flipping over the grab. As Bison looked up, he looked into the eyes of Guile as he flipped through the air. Bringing both arms back, Guile shut out the pain in his limbs as he snapped them forward, slamming both hands together to muster the concussive force. Wind swirled around him as he screamed out in pain "SONIC RAINBOOM!" From the blast emerged a winged blue pony with a rainbow mane and tail, the bright multicoloured light coming from it blinding Bison as it slammed into him, forcing him to the ground and further. The sheer force of the attack created a crater, destroying the black tarmac and gravel underneath as it was vaporised by the shock waves released by the impact. Landing, Guile panted for breath as he dropped to his knees. It was finally over, he could finally pay his respects to Charlie after all this time.
