Fried Chicken

Mrs. Gale is a like a big ol' piece of fried chicken. And I'd be fired on the spot if she heard me say it, either that or she'd be real proud. She knows nothing but chickens and is a darn good chicken farmer at that. But she's crispy on the outside, mean and tough and hard to digest. Inside she's tender, even if she don't show it much, and I know she guards her pretty little chick as good as any mother hen.
