It is with great (well, hesitant) pleasure that I bring to you, at long last, the sequel to Between Friends!

As those of you who read the first story probably know, the writing is not good, it is just free and fun, like the plot or lack-there-of. If you are expecting a serious story, don't read this. This is meant for those who just want a few chuckles to brighten their day. This is a way to relieve the daily stress of school and life and an attempt to get over writers block for my more serious stories.

((Disclaimer-- I do not own Tortall or any of the characters you recognize from TP. I do not even own my own characters because it is quite rude saying you own a person, imagined or no.))

Again, this is a FUN fic, nothing serious, just randomness.

And so, without further ado...

THE PROLOGUE

It was that time of year again in Tortall, and yes, I mean that time. The time when the summer heat is in full swing, school is out, and you are bored to tears.

But there is hope, at least for a certain group of ten girls.

Things had changed in Tortall since the expedition of their lives, stalking about the castle, wrecking havoc amongst he nobles. They had not gone on an adventure since then, but it was never far from their minds.

Two long years had passed, and though they were filled with happy memories that were certain to last many lifetimes, a special touch was missing.

Mischief.

But it had been two years. They were less of girls and more of women, what kind of tomfoolery could they possibly get into now that they had grown up so much?

However, it is a truth that the child within never dies.

And get a group of ten inner-children together…

…add in a Royal Progress…

…which they must work at…

…how will the world survive?

And so it was beginning again, when Maria Jones, Eliza, Elyn, Kat, Bren, Annie, Katey, Sharon, Samara, and Linn, embark on a new journey. They themselves knew they were prepared for the upcoming Progress, but was the Progress ready for them?

Could it even be possible to be ready for them since the Progress is a general term used to describe both animate and inanimate objects who took no noticed of ten extra girls?

Did it matter?

Does anyone even care?

No.

So the journey began without apprehension, although there most certainly should have been.

.

Yup...that's the prologue folks. A couple reviews and I'll post the first chapter (whenever that gets written too). OH! And review if you have any ideas for their mischief this time around! Thank you!
