Title-Kumogakure-no-Ikari Shinji (aka Shinji Ikari of the Village Hidden in the Clouds)

Summary-What ever you feel like cause i suck at them.

Story- Shinji is abandoned at the age of tree by his father Gendo and is given to his (gendos)older brother but something(what ever you want)happens and shinji gets picked up by a then elite jounin brother of kirabi(killer bee) Ei(prononced A) and taken back to Kumo(Cloud) village to become his apprentice(dont make him an exact copy of Ei) while also being taught by Kirabi. He enters the(as a Kumo nin) conflict(war) with Taki(waterfall)/Kusa(grass) villages at age 8(by now need to be high Chunnin/low Jounin).

Timeline- Pt 1 should be a (first chapter)prolouge(when he is 3 thru 7yrs old) of some of his Training(only 2 yrs of training and then the 4 yr long war) but not all of it maybe the starting battle then skip to the last yr and thru out story flash bcks when nessesary(plot development) then skip to pt 2(main part).Then Pt 2(when he's 15 or so and narutos just grad academy making naruto 12 yrs old) is the begining of NGE.

Clothes- Pt 1(your choice) Pt 2-Standerd Kumo high Nin outfit.(. like this but without the swords)

Rank- Pt 1(Academy-Chunnin) Pt 2(Either Kage of Village or Jounin) Dont make him godlike(he can be defeated its just hard as hell)

Alias(s)-Raijin-no-Shinji(Shinji the lightning God) unoriginal but you can make a diff one but it needs to be lightning based.

Skill Level- Pt 1(genin to Jounin) Pt 2(high jounin to Kage)

Specialization- Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Kenjutsu and Assasination

Summons- whatever you want

Elemental Afinity(s)- Lightning(raiton) with small Earth(doton)

Specialty Weapon- Spear(.com/albums/v213/final_ like this)

Pairings-(no malexmale) Between samui/karui/yugito(if alive)/misato/asuka or if you want Harem(but these girls only). in this rei is like a sister to him.

Bashing- Any good story has a little(intentual or not) bashing(light is good but dont go overboard). Gendo must be bashed at least once every other chap(mostly for humor).

Genre- Action/Humor/some romance(but not puke worthy stuff)

Rating- Between T and M(more for blood/gore/naughty language then Adult situations but ther can be mentions of Adult situations) Lemons(aka-smut) are aloud but to much it ruins a story.
