Chapter 1: First Encounters
BELLWOOD: June 21, 19:30 EST (Original Ben 10 Universe)
Ben Tennyson sat on the last remaining skyscraper in Bellwood, think about what had just happened. Everything had gone by so fast, and Ben hadn't been able to anything.
A giant warship had appeared over Earth, and destroyed ever single human being on Earth with a blue laser. No one had been spared-except for Ben.
The only reason he was alive was because of the Omnitrix. He was able to activate it and saved himself, only to watch his family and friends be destroyed.
Now Ben was crying, because he knew this was the end of the world. He knew that only he survived the attack, and that nothing could bring back the human race.
He looked down at the ground 500 meters below. Then he made his decision, for there was no purpose left in the galaxy for him. He stood up, wiped his tears with his left arm, and jumped.
He flew straight down at the ground, going faster and faster. Then the Omnitrix flashed and said "Galactic scan completed. Human race detected." Ben's eyes widened and before he knew it, he activated the Omnitrix and slammed down on it. There was a green flash and immediately a blue flash right behind it.
METROPOLIS, JUNE 21, 8:41 EDT (Alternate Young Justice Universe)
Superman cried out in pain as he got sent flying into a car. He looked up and saw his enemy Metallo walking up to, grinning at him in a cocky manner.
"Sorry does that hurt?" The Cyborg asked
Superman didn't say anything as he flew at Metallo, but the Cyborg opened his chest to reveal Kryptonite, making Superman fall to the ground as he moaned in pain. Metallo laughed as he walked to the Man of Steel.
"That never gets old!" He exclaimed as he punched Superman across the face before he picked him by his shoulders, head-butting him and threw away, making him crash on the street.
"D-Damn it..." Superman moaned as he weakly tried to get. He looked and saw Metallo.
"Time for me finish this."
Many of the bystanders watched in slight fear and worry that Metallo might actually kill Superman. However much to everyone's shock, a blue light appeared out of nowhere in the middle of street, making everyone look up at it.
"What the hell!?" Metallo shouted in alarm.
"What is that?" Jimmy Olsen asked as he continued to take pictures.
"I don't know but keep doing what your doing Jimmy." Lois said, as many news reporters were recording this live on TVs everywhere.
Everyone heard a noise, making them and their eyes widen in shock, awe, and disbelief as they saw a golden crystal floating down, but it was what's inside that made them have these reactions. A human teenager fell out. Everyone stared at the unknown teen, who was noticeably covered in cuts and bruises and wore damaged clothing.
"Damn. I wonder if Azmuth had something to do wi-," Ben's thoughts were cut off when he noticed he was not alone.
Ben blinked a couple of times before he looked around in alarm. Where was he at now!? He saw many people, men, women, and child alike stare at him.
"HEY KID!"
Ben looked ahead and saw a robot man, with a glowing green rock in his chest, glaring at him.
"I don't know who you are, what that crap you just did and I really don't care! But get out of my way, I got an alien to kill!" Metallo yelled.
Ben raised an eyebrow at that. "Alien? What alien?"
He looked behind him and saw a man in blue, with a big 'S' on his chest and red cape, on the ground, weakly staring at him with wide eyes.
He turned back to Metallo and stared at the glowing green rock before looking back at Superman. Ben had put two and two together and figured out what was going on. He glared at Metallo and went into a stance of sorts, much to everyone's disbelief.
"What?" Metallo asked before laughing out loud. "You seriously want to fight me kid? Do you know who I am?"
"Nope. But I don't care I'm not going let you hurt this guy." Ben said as he glare at him ignoring the cries of the people telling him to leave. Ben tapped the faceplate and activated the Omnitrix.
"W...what are you doing kid?" Superman asked weakly. "Get...outta here..."
Ben ignored him as he scrolled through his alien playlist looking for the right alien.
"Kid I'm going say one last time, leave and I won't hurt you."
Ben smirked as he found his alien. "How about this, you give up and I don't mop the floor with you."
Metallo glared. "On second thought, I'm going to tear you to pieces for saying that!"
The crowd didn't say anything as they continued to watch and see what was going to happen next. They watched as he did something with the strange looking watch on his wrist, but then something happened as he slapped down the Omnitrix core and was covered in a emerald green light.
When the light faded it revealed a hulking, broad-shouldered creature with white skin. Its face was on its torso, and it had no neck or actual head. It mouth was large, and had black lips, with its green eyes also being surrounded by black marks. The top of its head was black, and from that, a thick, black stripe jutted down in between its eyes, with a similar stripe jutting up from between its legs, and up most of its torso, ending shortly below its lips. It had natural yellow armor all across its back with thin, black gaps between each plate. It also bore this yellow armor on its shoulders, hips, and the backs of its hands. Its palms were completely flat, and it had four black claws on each hand, as well as three claws on its somewhat stubby legs. The Omnitrix dial rested overtop the black stripe on its chest.
"Cannonbolt!" He announced in a deep voice.
Now, everyone's jaw dropped as they saw teen transformed into some big weird yellow monster! They just couldn't believe it but they all watched it before their very eyes!
Superman himself was shocked and in awe at the transformed teen. What on Earth was that? He never seen anything like that before! A transformation device of some kind?
Metallo's jaw dropped as he stared at this monster...what the hell is it!? It's probably as tall as Superman, maybe even taller! He shook his head as he glared at the boy...monster...whatever!
"Just because you look different doesn't mean you can beat-"
CRASH!
Metallo didn't finish as Cannobolt had already curled himself into a ball and rolled himself at Metallo, and sending him flying into the front outside wall of a building.
"WHOA!" Jimmy exclaimed in shock as the Arburian Pelarota uncurled himself and stared at where Metallo crashed.
Cannobolt smirked. "I'm sorry, were you saying something?"
Once Metallo went flying away, Superman could feel his strength returning. He slowly stood up and stared at the transformed Omnitrix wielder in slight awe at seeing such a bizarre transformation.
"YOU LITTLE BASTARD!" Metallo's voice roared out as he appeared, showing that his chest was closed. He then charged at Cannobolt. "I'm gonna teach you a lesson!"
Cannobolt jumped to the side, dodging a punch from Metallo. He grabbed the Cyborg's arm and gave him a right hook to his face, really hard, making him cry in pain as he got sent flying back into a car. Everyone looked at the teen and saw he still had Metallo's arm, sparks shooting out.
Ben threw away the arm and tapped the Omnitrix dial, four spikes popped out as another green light enveloped Ben's body. Cannobolt had changed, he now hard hard light metallic blue skin, his shell has cylindrical studs two on each back segment and one on each shoulder, wrist and leg plate. He also had two sharp teeth now.
"Ultimate Cannobolt!"
Superman and everyone else was shocked as he saw Ben changed into a what look to be a more powerful version of his current form. Superman watched as he saw the alien teen curl himself back into a ball and rolled to where Metallo was, but to his and everyone else's surprise he now had spikes and he had gotten faster.
Metallo looked up just in time to see a rolling ball of spikes heading his way. His eyes widened as Ultimate Cannobolt launched himself into the air and crashed down on Metallo. Ben began to spin rapidly as he grinded Metallo into the street pavement. The spikes piercing every part of his metallic body as he screamed in pain.
Ben then stopped and rolled off of Metallo who was barely alive at the moment considering he was a robot and Ben had basically crushed him into scrap metal.
"Damn." Lois said wide eyed from the damage. "Remind me not to make that kid mad."
Metallo moaned in pain. His entire metal body completely damaged as sparks were flying everywhere. Ben glared at him for a moment before he remembered that glowing green rock inside his chest. He opened it up, showing the Kryptonite in all it's glory.
Everyone's eyes widened from that, especially Superman as he started to feel weak once more, before Lois quickly went for her suitcase and ran towards the two.
"No! Wait! Don't!" Metallo pleaded as Ben grabbed hold of the rock. "I need that Kryptonite to-" His words died down as Cannonbolt ripped the Kryptonite out of his body and he shut down.
Ben watched as the glowing green eyes faded away before he slapped the Omnitrix dial and transformed back to regular Cannonbolt then back to his normal human form.
Ben let out a sigh of relief. "Glad that's over."
"Hey kid..."
Ben turned to the voice and looked down seeing Lois Lane there, looking up at him and holding out an open briefcase.
"That green rock." Lois said, pointing at it. "Goes in here."
Ben raised an eyebrow at her before he put it inside and she instantly closed it. The two looked back at Superman and saw he was feeling better.
Ben then noticed that people were starting to clap and cheer for him. The people of Metropolis all cheered at the new Teen Hero for defeating not only the super villain, but also saving their hero Superman.
Ben looked at everyone, seeing how they were cheering at him, making him smile at them. He felt a hand touch his shoulder and he looked up to see Superman, smiling down at him.
"Thanks for saving my life. You really did good out there son."
Ben smiled at the praise before he nodded his head. "No problem. Glad I could help.
Superman held out his hand for a handshake and Ben took it. Superman stared before he asked the question that was on everyone's who was present minds. "Excuse me, but who are you? I haven't see you before."
"My names Ben and I-" Ben was cut off when he saw many people coming towards him taking all kinds of pictures.
FLASH!
The bright light blinded him as he closed his eyes tight. When he opened them-
FLASH!
The light blinded him again. Ben opened his eyes slightly seeing many flashes of light in his face.
A reporter, Lois, walked over to Ben and asked, "Who are you? Are you a new superhero and are you with the Justice League?"
Normally Ben was used to people interviewing him, but wasn't used to people asking who he was. Ben decided to play it safe and so he discreetly activated the Omnitrix selected his alien and slammed down the core enveloping him in another green light.
When the light faded, he was a semi-armored Velociraptor. He had black wheels on his feet and wore a helmet with a visor, leaving the other features of his head unknown, with the exception of his blue face, green eyes, black lips, and stripes above and on the right side of his eyes. He had five blue stripes on his tail and the Ultimatrix symbol is on his chest.
"XLR8!" He hissed in a raspy voice that sounded like he had a sore throat.
Everyone took a step back from the transformation. Superman looked surprised again. First the kid was some kind of weird ball monster now he was some kind of humanoid dinosaur?
"Gotta go, bye!" XLR8 quickly said and slid down his visor before he was gone in a black-and-blue blur. XLR8 took off at 500 miles per hour, leaving a behind a cloud of dust in his wake.
"Hey, wait a second-!" Superman called out to him. He was about to chase after him but the news media quickly crowded him asking questions about who the mysterious teen was. He flew up and looked around for Ben and saw that he was long gone.
The Man of Steel stopped flying when he saw the strange ability. First the first transformation and now this? Just who is this kid?
"Batman to Superman." The earpiece communication device in his ear went off, signaling that another member of the Justice League was contacting him.
"I'm here Batman, and you're not gonna believe what I just saw." Superman replied.
"I know. I saw everything on the news. The teen that appeared out of nowhere in a flash of blue light." Batman said. "I also saw the fight between him and Metallo."
"We need to start searching for him." Superman informed the Dark Knight. "He transformed and ran away."
"He transformed a second time, into different form?" Batman asked skeptically.
"Yeah. The kid transformed into some kind of human dinosaur and took off at super speed. He was as fast as Flash." Superman told him. "I'll be honest, I didn't expect that."
"...Return to the Watchtower. We need to hold a meeting concerning this… boy." Batman said.
Superman looked at the spot where the kid disappeared one last time. He then flew back to the Zeta Tube there to get to the Watchtower. There, he and many other League members discussed the situation.
The footage was sent all over the world so they know about the incident in Metropolis! The media soon called the teenager a hero for saving Superman and taking down Metallo! Some even gave him nicknames like The Changeling, Shape-Shifter Teen and numerous other titles.
WATCHTOWER June 26, 11:30 AM
After yesterday's events, the Daily Planet published the whole story about the entire incident the next day; 'Shape-Shifter! Teen Hero...or Menace!?' Written by Lois Lane. She got the scoop of the month. The entire first page of the newspaper was about whether or not the mysterious young hero is a threat or not.
Though that's ridiculous because everyone, including her, saw that he saved Superman.
Right now, the entire Justice League were present starting to begin an important meeting. They were all in the meeting room and each of them sat down.
Batman looked around and saw the heroes were present and accounted for. "We are all here today to talk about the Young 'Hero' that appeared yesterday in Metropolis."
"Good because I got something to say." Black Canary said as she stood up, glaring at Batman angrily. "What on Earth made you think that he's a potential threat to the planet? He's a kid!"
"A kid that transformed into an unknown creature and beat down Metallo." Batman stated as a screen appeared in the center of the room, showing Ben's entrance before it changed to him activating his Omnitrix and transforming into Cannobolt. The Dark Knight narrowed his eyes at him.
"I must admit, I have never seen a device like that before..." Martian Manhunter said. "And Superman, did you say that he transformed into a different form and used super speed?"
"Yeah." Superman said. "And I could tell that he had some experience in battle if no one noticed the way he handle the Metallo."
"Exactly." Batman nodded. "We don't know nothing about him. Who is he? Where did he come from? What's his objective?"
"For all we know, this teenager might not be who he is at all." John Stewart, one of the two Green Lanterns, said. "What if that's his disguise and he's hiding his true form?"
Batman narrowed his eyes even more that.
"Really John, you too?" Hal Jordan, the other Green Lantern asked his fellow lantern. "He is just a kid."
"Maybe so or he could be a potential danger to the earth." John Stewart said.
"I can't believe what I'm hearing." Wonder Woman slamming her hands on the table. "We don't even know who he is or where he came from, we can't make judgments based purely on what we've seen so far. It isn't fair to him."
"Hold on hold on." Superman said as he stood up. "When Ben first came here, he looked really confused. It was like he had no idea where he was. Heck, after he fought Metallo, he looked like he look concerned and worried right before he took off."
The League stared at Superman after he finished that statement.
"Ben?" Flash asked.
"That's what he said his name was, Ben." Superman
"And how do you know he wasn't lying to you?" Batman said
"I don't think he was, when Ben first appeared, he seemed out of place." Superman said.
"If we want to know who and what this 'Ben' is, we have to find him." Batman said.
"Oh come on Bats, he's a shape-shifting kid that turns into weird monsters. It shouldn't be too hard to find him." Flash stated in a joking manner.
"Besides he's been here for only about a day. He's probably out there lost somewhere." Green Arrow added.
"We'll find him." Batman stood up. "Just keep your eyes open and watch-"
The screens turned to the TV News Channel, and it was being recorded live as Vicky Vale was on it. The screens showed a battle between Power Girl and the super villains, Solomon Grundy and Atomic Skull in Central City.
"Breaking News ladies and gentlemen, this is Vicky Vale coming to you live in Central City! The super villains Atomic Skull and Solomon Grundy are battling against Power Girl." The screen showed the two villains attacking the Kryptonian. "There's no sign of the Justice League but the heroes will-"
Vicki was cut off when a neon green energy beam came out of nowhere and sent the Atomic-powered villain flying. The cameraman turned to see Atomic Skull on the ground and his partner was shaking his fists at the figure in the sky.
"Grundy smash flying man!" The zombie shouted.
"It would seem that Superman has arrive-"
"Wait! It wasn't Superman!" A woman called out as she pointed in a direction.
The cameraman turned to the direction and the League's eyes widened as they saw a red, humanoid, manta ray-like alien with glowing green eyes up in the air.
The alien flew down to the ground and transformed itself back into Ben Tennyson.
The heroes watched as Vicky's eyes widened in surprise as she saw him. She turned back to the camera and smiled.
"I don't believe it! Ladies and gentlemen, it would seem that the Teen Hero, that appeared in Metropolis five days ago, is here in Central City!" Vicky exclaimed.
"Well that was fast." Flash smirked.
The league was about to Zeta Tube back to Central City but was stopped as Batman called out to them.
"Wait a second."
"What do you mean 'wait a second'!? He's going up against Grundy and Atomic Skull. He's gonna get himself killed out there!" Black Canary exclaimed.
"Just watch." Batman told her as the League watched.
A Couple Minutes Ago
"Gah!" Power Girl yelled being hit by a punch from Grundy. 'Damn it...I'm losing...where's Clark?' Power Girl thought. And she then screamed as she was hit by another laser blast, sending her through several buildings. She crashed on the ground, Grundy and Atomic Skull standing over her.
"Trying too hard are we Power Girl? Too bad for you. Better for me." Atomic Skull spoke tauntingly. But he was sent to the floor by a blast of green energy.
"That you Superman?" Power Girl asked trying to see the figure.
"Not exactly." A voice chuckled, Jetray descending through the smoke. Ben changed back to normal and came over to check on her.
"You okay?" He asked.
Power Girl blinked twice at the boy before her. "Uh yeah, thanks."
"No problem." He smiled before turning to Grundy and Atomic Skull.
He watched as two villains glared angrily at him. "The Teen Hero, huh?" Atomic Skull said. "I'm gonna make you pay for that little stunt kid."
"Let's see what Four Arms has to say about that." Ben activating the Omnitrix. He slammed down the core and transformed in a flash of green light.
Ben was replaced by twenty-foot-tall, humanoid dinosaur with brown, reptilian skin, and a tan underbelly and underarms, he had spikes above his eyes. Its hands had no claws, nor did its feet. It also had a green sash wrapped around it's torso. The Omnitrix dial was displayed on the center of the sash.
"Humungousaur! Even better than four arms." He said, and then glared back at his opponent. "Picking a fight with me was a humongous mistake...!"
The two villains could only stare up at their new, gigantic adversary, confused and dumbstruck. Humungousaur then reared back his left fist, and sent it flying straight for the zombie's face and sent it spiraling into the sky, and crashing down in front of a nearby building.
Grundy got up and glared angrily at the Vaxasaurian. "Grundy hate you, GRUNDY KILL YOU!"
The zombie charged at Ben and tackled him into a wall. He then proceeded to threw Ben into the street. Before he could recover, Grundy appeared over him and smashed him the ground, then kicked him in the face causing him to plow into the street again.
Humungousaur got up and rubbed his head. "So you want to play like that, huh? Okay."
Humungousaur got back up, and to everyone's surprise he grew in size. His body grew skin armor and his tail now had spikes on them. Everyone's eyes widened as they stared at the more ferocious twelve feet tall alien dinosaur that stood before them. The ravenous brown-skinned monster started to close in on Grundy, his every step creating a depression in the ground.
Suddenly, with a speed unusual for his massive form, Ultimate Humungousaur slammed into Grundy and crushed him into the nearby wall. He then grabbed the zombie by his arm and leg before hurling him to fall on the other side of the street.
"Wow." Power Girl watched in surprise as the dinosaur-alien and gawked as Humongasaur grabbed a jeep, lifted it overhead, and slammed it down onto Grundy.
Humungousaur grabbed Grundy by the neck and lifted him up high only to sucker-punch the zombie clear into the docks nearby.
Ben then turned to the Atomic Skull who was frozen in fear of Humungousaur. Ben smirked as he towered over Atomic Skull. "Now, you want to do this the easy way or the hard way?" He said threateningly as he smashed his fist into his open palm.
Atomic Skull paled as he got down on his knees and put his hands up. "I surrender."
Ben slapped the Omnitrix reverting back to normal. "Good choice."
Vicky, along with the audience, were all shocked and amazed at what the young hero had done and the skills he displayed. The teen had a giant dinosaur form that was as strong as Superman, maybe even stronger.
What else could he do?
Back at the Watchtower, the League were watching the whole thing and they too were shocked by the power he displayed. All except for Batman who narrowed his eyes at the Wielder of the Omnitrix.
"Hera..." Wonder Woman breathed.
"Whoa, I don't know where this kid came from, but anyone who can beat Grundy that easy is okay by me." Green Arrow said.
He had transformed into four different forms, each form displaying a different set of powers. Flight, strength, optic blasts and other abilities. Was it because of that device on his wrist? He turns around and starts walking to the Zeta Tube.
"I think it's time we meet our guest." He announced.
As he said that everyone stood up, especially Captain Marvel as he stood up excitedly.
"Awesome! I wanna see him transform into that dinosaur guy again!"
Everyone stared at him, making him blink.
"What? The guy-er, kid looked cool in that form."
Back at Central City, Ben heard the cheers of people and saw everyone running towards him. They immediately crowded him as many reporters were asking him questions and some shaking his hands.
"That was incredible kid!"
"Way to go!"
"What happened to that yellow ball guy you were back in Metropolis?"
"How old are you?" A reporter asked
"Do you have time for an interview?" Another reporter asked.
"Oh my gosh, he's so hot!" A girl said.
"Are you dating anyone?" Another girl asked.
Ben blushed from the compliments and praises he was receiving. He had to admit, he liked the praises everyone was giving him. It felt...nice. It reminded of back home. These people only saw him a few days ago and they already loved him.
"Well you're popular for the new guy." A new voice muttered.
Ben turned around to see Power Girl walking up to him. The Girl of Steel stood at 5'9, wearing a white body suit that covered her body, blue gloves and boots that ran up to her knees, and a red cape that ended at her back. Power Girl had short blonde hair that ended at her neck, blue eyes and finally she had massive breasts, which Ben wouldn't normally pay much attention to... if it wasn't for the large ovular BOOB WINDOW she had in the middle of her chest!
"Err...I...who...err...Who're you?" Ben asked TRYING to maintain eye contact.
"Power Girl. Superman's cousin." She said, extending her hand.
"I'm Ben Tennyson...I'm from an alternate universe." Ben smiled awkwardly shaking her hand.
"Nice to meet another alternate universe person." She smiled. "Plus I'm happy you're trying not to stare at my chest."
"I-I wasn't...I...That obvious?" Ben blushed in embarrassment trying to keep his eyes firmly at Power Girl's eyes.
Power Girl giggled and shrugged. "It's okay. Everyone does it."
"Sorry." Ben sighed. "You alright?"
"Just a little beat up." Power Girl nodded "Nice job taking down those two."
"Thanks, but it was not big deal." Ben said modestly.
"Humble, I like that." Power Girl said.
"Well you know...credit's due where credit's due." Ben explained.
"And you clearly deserve more than you give yourself." She said.
"Exactly." Another male voice agreed.
"Oh! Look! Look! It's the Justice League!" That caught everyone's attention as they turned around and more questions began to pop out from them along with comments.
Ben scratched his head in confused. "Justice League? What that?"
Power Girl smiled and pointed towards the sky behind Ben.
He looked and saw what everyone was looking at. There before them were a group of people dressed in strange clothes. He watched as the people parted ways, to make room for this Justice League, and saw them walk to him. His eyes widened as he looked at the familiar man in blue with big 'S'.
He watched as they walked up to him while he looked at them with raised eyebrows.
"Hi there, Ben." Superman smiled. "You remember me?"
Ben smiled back and nodded.
Later
After the League's entrance, some of the members went to take care of Grundy and Atomic Skull, to take them off to a maximum security prison.
Ben watched as some of the League members were trying to calm the media down, as they tried to get an interview from him. He sighed to himself as he looked around some more.
"Well this is boring, I should get going." Ben said
Suddenly, the alien teen felt a tap on his shoulder. He looked up and saw an attractive woman, with long blond hair and blue eyes staring down at him, smiling gently. She had a tone slender build. She wore a black, one-piece bustier-leotard combination. Gray stockings with seams up the front and back. Black, heavy, calf-length boots. Black fingerless gloves that go past the elbow to the biceps. A blue jacket and a black choker.
"Hello. How do you feel?" She asked as she sat down next to him.
Ben smiled. "I'm great, never better."
"My name is Black Canary. It's nice to meet you." Black Canary introduced herself as Ben nodded. "You know, I saw you fighting on the news. It was amazing."
"Thank you, I've been this hero work for a long time." Ben told her.
"For someone so young, that's really incredible." Black Canary commented. "How old are you exactly?"
"Seventeen, but I've been in the hero business since I was ten." Ben clarified.
"Since you were ten?" Black Canary asked shocked.
"Yup, my grandfather taught me to be hero." Ben said.
While she was so deep in thought, she didn't notice Ben activing the Omnitrix and turning back into XLR8. He turns around to leave only to stop as a red blur appeared in front of him making him blink in surprise.
"Hey hold on a sec there, kid." The Flash said. "Where are you going off to in such a hurry?"
"Back to my hotel room." Ben shrugged in response.
"You're not going anywhere."
Ben looked behind him and saw a Batman walking to him, with a scowl on his face. Ben was slightly unnerved at this intimidating man in front of him.
"You are an anomaly. A complete unknown. We have questions for you and we want answers." Batman demanded.
Ben looked at Batman with a raised eyebrow. "Oh yeah, well then I guess makes two of us.
WATCHTOWER
Right now, Ben seated by a meeting table, along with Batman, Superman, Black Canary and J'onn. Sitting in the room made Ben almost felt puny. During his days as a hero, the only resources Ben really came from either his grandfather or Kevin. While it had usually been advanced alien technology, the Watchtower felt beyond that. It was like it represented far more.
"Alright let's with a name, who are you?" Black Canary asked gently.
"My name's Ben Tennyson."
"Alright Ben, where are you from?" She asked again.
"Well, it's hard to explain. Not sure if you would believe me." Ben said.
"Try us." Superman said.
"Believe it not, I'm from another universe." Ben said getting surprised looks from everyone in the room. "I know it's a bit far-fetched, but I'm not from around here, I've never of a Justice League or any of you guys before today."
"Another universe?" Superman said. "You're must be joking."
Ben shook his head. "Nope, completely serious."
"Perhaps I could be of assistance." J'onn said. "If you would allow me, I could go into memories to see if he's telling the truth. With your permission of course."
Ben look at J'onn at for a moment and nodded his head. J'onn walked to up to Ben and placed his hand on his forehead. He's eyes glowed as he scanned Ben's mind looking through his memories. Within moments, he knew almost everything about Ben.
"Amazing..." J'onn said in awe as he finished observing Ben's memories, making Dinah raise an eyebrow while Batman just stared. A couple seconds later, his eyes returned to normal as he turned to his fellow members.
"Bring everyone together in the meeting room. They all need to hear this."
Batman and Dinah looked at each other before they nodded and walked out. Superman asked Ben to stay for a bit while they talked, which Ben had no problem with.
All the League Members soon gathered into the Meeting Room. They were just waiting for one more person. The door opened up to show Captain Marvel running in.
"Sorry. Sorry. Had to go take care of something." He said as he sat down.
"Now that Captain Marvel is here we can begin." Batman said, standing up. "Inside of the Interrogation room is the Teen Hero that appeared. While we were interrogating him, J'onn looked into his mind to see who and what he was."
Everyone looked surprised at this action while J'onn reassured their concerns.
"Please understand this was extremely important and Ben allowed to read his mind." J'onn said as they all calmed down. "Now, before I tell you all what I saw, please bear in mind this will amaze all of you just as it did me."
The League Members looked confused before they nodded their heads.
"Firstly, the boy's name is Ben Tennyson and he's from another universe..."

How'd you like Power Girl? I decided to pair Ben with her in this story. Also this takes place after season 1 in an alternate Young Justice universe. Anyway, there's more to come, so stick around.
