Gabriella Montez was sat in her bedroom brushing her shoulder length dark brown hair , she brushed the tips carefully as she tried to get the tiny knots out that had gathered in her sleep, she rubbed her eyes and yawned she was still sleepy but today was the first day of senior year , she was happy to be going back. After a summer of heartfelt dates between her and Troy and the fair share of arguments at the hand of the ice queen sharpay ,their relationship was pretty much strong and they where taking more steps in their ever changing relationship . She smiled as she rested her hand on the "T" he'd given her at the start of their summer break. It was a bond between them, to show they belonged to each other.
Her mother called up to her as she knew her daughter was a bit more slow at getting ready as she was always thinking "Would Troy Like this? , Will this look good enough?" Just as Gabriella's mom was about to call her she appeared at the top of the stairs dressed in a red t-shirt , white jeans with a wildcat hoodie , number 14 to be precise and a pair of red sandals . She smiled at her mother as she walked into the kitchen and picked up an apple and bit in to it as she lent on the counter. "Mother" Gabriella started as she took another bite from her apple "Don't forget I'm staying late at school so I wont need you to get me anything to eat" Her mother nodded not seeing threw Gabriella's lie , she was really going over to Troy's for a romantic meal , as well Troy's parents where out of town for their Anniversary it gave Troy the chance to spoil her and show her exactly how far their relationship had gone.
Her mother nodded and smiled again "I won't be in anyway I have a meeting tonight Gabi, so enjoy yourself, just make sure you stay safe" Gabriella rolled her eyes and nodded as she looked around "Mother Troy's going to and so are the other wildcats I will be safe" She hated how her mother was so caring at times but at others it was a blessing and she liked it
Gabriella smiled as she heard Troy's truck pull up outside, she hugged her mother, hopped of the stool she was sat on, picked up her bag and ran out the door and met Troy in the middle of the footpath where he pulled her into a soft yet passionate kiss his hands rubbing her arms as he pulled out of the kiss slowly to smile over Gabriella's shoulder at her mother who was just closing the door to the house. Troy wrapped his arms around his girlfriends shoulders and led her to the truck opened her door then picked her up and placed her in her chair before going around to his own and smiled as he kissed her cheek. "Morning Wildcat" Gabriella said cheerfully to her boyfriend he smiled and winked at her "Morning Baby Bri" she giggled softly and blushed as she turned on the radio and sang along to it as they started on the way to school
