Title: Forever
Red stains your arm
You start to cry
The blood dripped calmly from the inflicted wound, the dark red infection staining the tan skin as he stared at his arm and started to cry. He made another not enough to die, never enough to die, just sleep, sleep and numb his never ending pain, sleep until morning melts into night.
You curl into a little ball
The decide you want to die
Naruto laid curled up in a ball of orange and red his own blood staining his coat but he still couldn't find it in himself to care about much of anything. He sat and looked at his arm automatically coming up with word popping into his head telling him he was weak. He deluded himself with thoughts of death that he knew he was to weak to go through with.
Blackened edges
Whispered defeat
The edges of his vision affectively blocking his peripheral vision, 'I give up, I know I'm weak and I know I'm a loser you don't have to remind me anymore' That 's what he was telling himself when a knock sounded at the door forcing him to unsteadily get up to answer it. He opened the door to see Sasuke standing there and shock took over his features.
Darkness surrounds
You fall from your feet
His mind was foggy when Sasuke stepped into his house his eyes holding nothing but concern, "I guess you're not entirely emotionless after all." Naruto told him before his vision left him completely and he passed out into Sasuke's arms.
Endless sobs
Pointless fear
Naruto woke up in a hospital and sat up in the hospitals small white bed. His wrists were heavily bandaged and he was scared, what would happen to him now? He immediately began to hyperventilate. Upon his hyperventilation Sasuke re-entered the room and sighed at the sight of Naruto sitting up. He walked over to the boy and pushed him down softly so he was once again laying on the bed.
When I wake up
Will you still be here?
"Sleep," Sasuke commanded gently to the blond who had calmed down moderately.
"Will you still be here when I wake up? Or are you going to disappear too?" Naruto asked his voice quiet and careful when he spoke.
"I promise I'll stay here with you," He said then after a second he added, "Forever"
