10th Doctor x Reader
"Come on then!" He grinned turning to you. "Where are we?" You asked in awe looking around the beautiful landscape. "We are on Methrodene. The planet of never ending meadows!" He shouts joyfully whilst jumping up and down, twirling in a small circle. You giggle and he comes over to you. He grabs your hands and twirls you around.
After dancing and playing a bit in the tall grass. You both lie down, looking up at the clear blue sky. Your chest rises and falls as you try to catch your breathe. Out of the corner of your eye you see him looking at you. But there's a hidden emotion behind it. Love? No. He couldn't possibly love a human. Could he? You turn your head so you are looking at him. You're suddenly caught in a trance, a sort of spell, stopping you from looking away.
You hear a whisper so soft that you barley hear it. You soon realise that it is your own voice. "Doctor..." You whisper. He lean's in closer towards you and you can feel your cheek's redden with heat. Your faces are so close that you can feel his warm breath spread across your face. A little closer... He suddenly sits up breaking the charm. You sit up too and see that he has his back to you.
The tension in the air is thick and you have no idea what to say. You've been travelling with him for a while. You can't recall the amount of time because of the time travel but you no that it's a long time. You've always felt sweet towards him but only recently did you realise what it meant. The feeling is so strong and you're a bit confused, you've never felt like this before.
As you contemplating this, you reach up and tuck a stray strand of hair behind your ear. You suddenly feel him grab your wrist and pull you so that you are looking at him. He say's your name in such a sweet whisper it made sugar taste bitter. He lean's in again and this time he captures you lips with his. They are soft and fit yours perfectly. Like they were moulded just for eachother. The kiss ends all too soon and soon enough you're looking into his chocolatey eyes once again. "..." He gulps. "I love you..." He say's gently and you feel your lips curve into a joyful smile. "I love you too." You confess and he chuckles happily. You both laugh joyfully and he goes in for another kiss.
You walk back to the TARDIS hand in hand. You look up at the sky and smile. Yep, you've still got it.
I know it's short but i just thought of it at like 4:00 am. Hope you liked it.
