A/n- Written for "The Lyric Challenge" in HPFC. This is the first-ever drabble I ever wrote and it was a lot harder than I thought it would be, but I hope you like it!

Lyric Prompt- This was inspired by the line "So baby drive slow 'til we run out of road in this one horse town I wanna stay right here in this passenger's seat You put your eyes on me In this moment now capture it, remember it" from Fearless, by Taylor Swift.

Disclaimer- I'm not J.k Rowling, or Taylor Swift. So, I don't own HP or Fearless.

Word Count-326.

Stargazing.

"I never knew stargazing would be this much fun." He said.

"And that, Harry Potter, is why you should never doubt me." She replied, laying her head on his chest, as they cuddled on a blanket on a night dressed in the black dress of a sky with millions of sequins sewed in.

Harry had a lot of reasons why he should never doubt Hermione; her love for stargazing wasn't one of them.

"Let's just stay here, Harry, grow old." She said, and he smiled at her words.

"Mmhmmm, let's." He replied.

Months ago when she'd said these words to him, all he'd wanted to do was agree but he'd known it would be impossible, there was a war and he was the only one who could end it.

But now, after everything they'd been through together, a lifetime with Hermione sounded amazing.

He stared at the starry night above, wondering how he could be so lucky, to find someone like her, someone so easy to love and someone who did actually love him back. He was happier now, than ever. He looked at the stars and something he'd heard as a child came back to him.

"Hermione, they say that after someone dies, they become stars. Do you think it's true?" He asked her, but he already knew what her answer would be.

Or at least he thought he did, because even after years of friendship, she still managed to surprise him.

"I don't know, Harry, but I do know that wherever they are, in the stars or above, they are shining down at us."

"You're amazing, you know." He replied, with a smile.

"I know, and don't you ever forget it." She replied, and he laughed, and then bent down to kiss her forehead.

"No chance." He replied.

A few minutes later, he saw a star fall across the sky, and in that moment all he wished was that he remembered this moment forever.
