Disclaimer: I own nothing from the Stephen King Book IT, I have no rights whatsoever to anything related to IT, this is just a for fun story written for the hell of it...

Story is starting off in January 2019.

OC: Kalia Wylde: a 13 year old girl that befriends Beverly (Oona Laurence - no glasses)

For Beverly, in this story, assume she has the long, strawberry blonde hair that Sophia Lillis had as young Camille Preaker in Sharp Objects (as in the original IT, Bev has long, wavy red locks. Also, assume Patrick looks like Mason Cook. There is a particular reason, and no it isn't because I don't like Owen Teague, it's for Patrick's mental illness, as he will have multiple personality disorder: He has 4 personalities, The real Patrick - Mason Cook, The sociopathic Patrick - Owen Teague, Victor - Logan Thompson, Belch - Jake Sim.

In this story, Derry isn't a town. It's a hall inside a psychiatric facility. Juniper Hills Asylum. It's where the younger ill go.

Also, I'm not very intelligent on mental illness, so if I do get something wrong about one, please just let me know. I'm not trying to offend anyone, I just feel like with the story line of the IT series, this was a great way to tell the story, as well.

As a new orderly joining onto the facility at Juniper Hills Psychiatric Asylum for Kids and Adolescents, one would have to go over numerous new protocols, new procedures to stay safe around certain patients, and just the plain ol' ins and outs of the building. But after all is said and done, a new orderly is assigned their new hall based on their qualifications. The hall no one ever wanted to get was hall; Derry.

Derry was the hall were the 12-16 year-olds were. It was also the most ungodly hall you'd ever set foot down. Every kid had severe trust issues, always talking about how terrified they were of Pennywise the Dancing Clown, but no one ever knew what the hell they were on about. Most of the kids here had illnesses ranging from multiple personality disorder to severe PTSD and even some lighter cases of mental illness like a kid with IED who blew up cause they went off their meds and got a little angry. Those kids don't deserve that one night stay just because they have a mental health problem, they don't choose to live that way, but neither do the kids down Derry hall that have been there for quite some time.

Here's a look into their files:

First off, we have William Denbrough, age 13, eyes blue, hair red/brown, height 5'5, weight 110. Bill Denbrough was brought in after he and his brother George were playing in the rain one afternoon. Bill was sick and having troubles keeping up with his younger brother. The two brothers were sailing a paper boat down the street side as the rain poured down. Bill had picked up the boat and moved it to a different spot hoping it would jump right over Mr. Gardeners yard. Only, it got stuck on a piece of construction equipment. George, checking both sides of the street, ran to grab the boat. Unfortunately, a driver with not so good control of the wheel smashed into little George, causing a severe Post-Traumatic break for young Bill. Bill has been located on Derry hall since August 2018. Bill is known to act out in emotional turned physical tantrums resulting in being sedated.

Next, is Edward Kaspbrak. Mr. Kaspbrak is age 12, eyes brown, hair brown, height 5'2, weight 103. Eddie was brought in one morning when a call was made from his school one day about him acting out. This was uncommon for Eddie, as he is a class A student and never misses a day of school. A doctor from the facility came to give Eddie a short exam just to make sure the boy was alright. Upon arrival, the doctor quickly was able to find signs that Eddie was going through withdrawals from medication. Sending Eddie to the hospital, signs of neglect and abuse were prominent, and blood tests soon confirmed that the medication he was having withdrawals from were his mothers medications. His mother, a Hypochondriac, forced pills down Eddie's throat all the time, so the boy knew no different. Eddie has been on Derry hall since October 2018. Eddie is known to have mental breaks due to his withdrawals from the heavy medication he was fed the majority of his childhood. Usually, he and Beverly are the mildest of all the children.

We also have Richard Tozier. Tozier, age 13, eyes brown, hair brown, height 5'4, weight 107. Richie is a jokester at heart, he loves to make other people laugh. Some people don't realize that for Richie, this is just a face he shows them. A happy one, so they don't feel bad for him. Richie has severe chronic depression. He has also tried to commit suicide 3 times because his parents told him they wished he was never born, and because he was bullied so bad at school for his glasses. Most of the kids on Derry hall actually love Richie, until he lets his foot get tangled in his mouth. Richie is a sweet boy, he just doesn't want to let others know how he really feels because he's worried he will disappoint them and not be good enough for anyone, like his parents made him feel. Richie was brought to Juniper Hills Asylum after his final suicide attempt in October 2018. Richie is known for his emotional breakdowns which usually end in Richie trying to hurt himself and/or being sedated.

As well, there is Benjamin Hanscom. Ben, age 12, eyes green, hair sandy blond, height 5'2, weight 135. Ben is a quiet little poet, and can also get very, very angry. Ben has IED, otherwise known as Intermittent Explosive Disorder. No one in his family is aware of anyone else who has this disorder, and no one even knew that young Ben had it until he and his cousin, Jim, got into a fight because Jim was bullying Ben. This caused Ben to start fighting back, landing his cousin in the hospital. That afternoon, Ben was ordered a 6 month stay at Juniper Hills. He has been in Derry hall since December 2018. Ben is known for physical tantrums resulting in being sedated.

Then we have Stanley Uris, age 14, eyes hazel, hair brown, height 5'6, weight 112. Stan is a young boy with a severe case of Asperger's Syndrome. His parents noticed one summer after he came home from a church summer camp that all he wanted to do was talk to himself about different types of birds, what they looked like, how they sounded, where they were from. He categorized them for hours on their sizes and their homes. He never communicated with the kids his own age, he never seemed to understand them very well. When a child psychiatrist diagnosed Stan, his parents asked what the best option was for their young boy. Sadly, it was Juniper Hills. The facility they had was the only one authorized to try new treatments for kids like Stanley. Stan was admitted to Juniper Hills in July 2018. Stanley is known to have emotional and physical tantrums resulting in being sedated and/or separated and put by himself.

Next up is Michael Hanlon. Mike, age 14, eyes brown, hair brown, height 5'6, weight 117. Mike was brought in after one day he just quit responding. He wouldn't answer anyone, wouldn't speak a word. At first, his family thought he was just being stubborn, a little hard to deal with, even. But what his family didn't know is that Mike was having an anxiety attack. It was the one year anniversary of his parents deaths and Mike woke up from a terrifying nightmare causing him to go into a semi-catatonic state. Once his family realized that Mike wasn't fooling around, they drove him to the hospital where he had a psychotic break down, throwing hospital tools and screaming at the orderlies. The doctors had to sedate him and had him immediately admitted into Juniper Hills that night in December 2018. Mike is known for physical tantrums resulting in being sedated.

We also have Beverly Marsh, age 14, eyes green, hair red, height 5'0, weight 101. Bev is a shy girl with very severe Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, and sever Anxiety attacks. One night, Beverly was found stumbling around the streets of her home town when a patrol officer noticed her staggering form. He pulled over, noticing the frail teen as the daughter of the school janitor. Everyone in town knew her dad was a drunk and fairly abusive, so the officer was at a loss of what to do for the intoxicated-looking girl. Soon enough, the officer stepped back to survey Miss Marsh's condition only to notice her clothes were tattered and torn, and if he looked in her eyes, they looked glassy and heavy. The girl had been drugged. The patrol officer sped her to the hospital. Her father arrived shortly after only to be arrest by local PD. It was proven that her father had been drugging and molesting her since her mothers death when Beverly was 11, she was just to terrified to speak out. Beverly was admitted into Juniper Hills in April 2018. Beverly doesn't really have tantrums, but she does have moments that trigger her memories and pain causing her to have fits where she begins to cry and cannot stop.

Furthermore, we have Henry Bowers, age 16, eyes blue, hair blond, height 5'10, weight 135. Sit back and take a seat because Henry Bowers is a long story. Abused by his father, who has severe PTSD from serving in the military, from the day he was born, Henry was always taught to believe he could never do anything, he would never be anything, no one would ever want him, and he was no good for nothing, Henry Bowers became the biggest teenage douche-bag one could ever hate to meet. He would belittle someone just for looking at him the wrong way. He has a severe case of IED, Henry is also known to have PTSD from watching his father beat his mother, then beat him afterwards if Henry didn't get out of the way fast enough. Henry also has severe Bipolar Disorder. He was admitted into Juniper Hills in April 2018. He is known for his physical outbursts and tantrums when he gets angry at the other kids. Usually this leads to sedation and an hour alone in an empty, padded room.

Also there is Kalia Wylde, age 14, eyes blue, hair brown, height 5'0, weight 100. Kalia is a very friendly girl, but something people are quick to notice is she isn't good at staying on one subject and she is subject to getting very angry if you ask her what she was talking about after she changes what she's talking about. Kalia has a very bad short term memory loss problem due to a car accident in which she lost both her mother and older brother. This has cause several mental issues to arise over the past two years. Kalia's mother couldn't handle the emotional outbursts and sent Kalia to stay at Juniper Hills Asylum in May 2018. She is known for emotional tantrums resulting in sedation.

Finally, there is Patrick Hockstetter, age 14, eyes green, height 5'10, weight 140. Patrick is an odd boy. He jokes about scary things, talks about burning people to the ground and mutilating their corpses while laughing maniacally. But that's when he's Patrick, well 80% of the time that he's Patrick anyways. Patrick has Multiple Personality Disorder, and, that the Asylum is aware of, Patrick only currently has 4 personalities; two separate Patrick's - Patrick Avery Hockstetter, the semi-kind Patrick who is nice to people when he feels like it, then Patrick the douche-faced ass who terrorizes anyone and everyone in sight, he also has a timid and kind personality named Victor who will do whatever Henry asks, then he has Reginald who only really responds to 'Belch' because he likes to burp... alot... Patrick was brought to Juniper Hills after a psychotic break resulting in him almost lighting his school Principle's car on fire. Patrick has been in Derry hall since March 2018. Patrick is known for his psychotic break downs. These typically result him being in a sort of solitary confinement type room so he cannot hurt anyone or himself. He is usually given some sort of sedation before entering the room in hopes he will pass out from medication.

After looking into the kids' history on Derry hall, one should be able to efficiently navigate through the daily hustle and bustle that is Juniper Hills Asylum.
