"ahh! stupid Penelope Patterson" Brianna Buttowski herself throw her stuff toy everywhere in her room, she lost another pageant by her Arch rival, Penelope Patterson, she sabotaged the pageant to win again but Brianna going to to get pay back on her.

as she was exhausted after throwing the stuff animals, she sits on her bed to relax herself but she was still angry.

"there has to be a way I must find a way to get Penelope back for what she did but how?" Brianna think of a plan to get payback on Penelope but suddenly she feels something inside her left boot.

"huh?" she took off her boot and Three glowing stars fell down to the carpet of her room.

"what the heck are these?" she picks up the stars then she heard a whisper.

"make a wish, make a wish" the stars whisper to her.

"no way, stars that can make wishes?" Brianna wasn't sure what kinda wish she going to make but she has a plan an evil plan that makes her evil smiled "oh I got an idea I know just what to do, ma hahahaha hahahaha!" as her evil laugh begins to echo throughout outside of the distance of her house.

Penelope Patterson herself with sleeping on her bed but there's the thing though why is her bed soft and hard? she quickly woke herself up but she realizes she's not in her room no more she in Brianna's room but why does it look all big?"

"what the heck is going on" Penelope walked towards Brianna's hand mirror she saw herself small she thought to herself like isn't me or I seen honey I shrunk the kids movie. she pressed her hand on the glass of the mirror.

"that's odd" she pinches yourself so hard making sure it's not a dream "Ouch! okay this is definitely not a dream"

"oh it ain't Penelope"

Penelope recognized the voice suddenly a big hand grabs her.

"what the?!" Penelope tries to get free but her hands and legs were stuck in the big hand except for her head. she looks in front it was Brianna Buttowski holding Penelope like a little caged animal.

"Well, well, well if it ain't my old enemy Brianna Buttowski"

"Hello, Penelope if you're wondering, why you're here well it's payback time" Brianna took out a black collar as she put it on her rival's neck.

"what the heck is this thing?!"

"a collar don't try to take it off I have the key and only I can take it off" Brianna shows the keg to her before she put it in her pocket.

"when I get out of here you are so dead" Penelope swear vengeance on her.

"oh really?" Brianna lift up her free hand with her finger as she put it into her mouth before she took it out her finger it was covered in saliva "what about this?"

Penelope know what she's going to do " no not that anything but that!"

"yes" Brianna presses it on Penelope's ear as she felt the Saliva gross wet finger at the top of her ear.

"that any last words? before I give you a wet willy"

Penelope is going to get tortured and bullied by her worst enemy so she might as well say it

"only one thing to say" Penelope took a deep breath before she looks at Brianna "I hate you"

Brianna smiled evilly "oh I know" she pushes her wet finger into Penelope's ear with force until it reaches to her other ear like a two-way tunnel.

"ahhhhh!" Penelope screamed and begins to shake and pain of the super wet willy in her whole head through her ears. Brianna can't help it but to laugh evil.

"hahahaha finally sweet pain of vengeance now for the big surprise" she Twists her finger around and moves it in and out like a toilet plunger as Penelope's ear wax and saliva her eyes begins to swirl like crazy as she screams in agony.

Brianna moves her finger around crazier even she still wants to hear Penelope screaming pain more and more than after 2 minutes, Brianna pulled her finger out of Penelope's ear as she was done torturing her.

Brianna set Penelope down at the doll table as she can twitch her whole body.

"well that was fun, I'll be back I'm going to wash my hands, then once I come back you're going to get a super atomic wedgie," Brianna gets out of her room for a minute to the bathroom.

Penelope was all alone now she doesn't know what is going on, how did she get here? or how did she got small for no reason? maybe it's something else that she doesn't know.

after a short while, Brianna came back with a paper towel. she cleans Penelope's ears to get rid of the wax.

"there all done" Brianna throw away the paper towel to her trash bin.

Penelope was weak she was unable to move her body because her head and ears are bleeding from inside but somehow it healed itself and the hearing, how is that possible? it's supposed to cause her death?,

"if you're running how is your body able to heal it's because the collar, it can give you heal you" Brianna explained "I'm trying to say you can't die the collar won't let you"

"I can't die?" Penelope said in a weak voice she never heard of a collar can do that.

"nope"

"why are you doing this?!"

"why?" Brianna grab her and get near her face "I'll tell you why you humiliate me now I humiliate you"

"when I get out of here I am gonna-"

you are what? beat me down? not going to happen" Brianna grab Penelope's underwear from behind her as she wrapped it around her hand.

Penelope looks at her back and she notices that Brianna is going to give her atomic wedgie and this might hurt.

"no wait please don'- ahhhh!"

Brianna pulls hard as she stretches the underwear so Penelope can scream when someone gives her atomic wedgie.

"ahhhhhh! stop please I beg of you!"

"beg? maybe but no" Brianna pulls again as Penelope screams in horror before she passing out.

"falling asleep? good I'm going minus well to keep you forever" Brianna smirk evily

the second wish it's a collar that she can control Penelope but the heal it was a Magic from the collar and the key? only Bianna can remove the collar.

and her third wish? she didn't make that third which yet she decides to keep the star for a while.
