"And here are your strawberries, sir."

I stared at him. Like I always do, whenever Gale comes by. Its hard not to. He's beautiful. I don't care what part of the Distract he came from. If I see a future with him, than that's it. Nothing else to it.

"Madge, dear, could you bring me my wallet?"

I smiled and nodded.

Gale only saw me as the mayor's daughter. And I was. But that doesn't mean that I'm not different.

"Here you go, daddy."

Gale looked up when I walked to my father. Daddy handed him the money for the fruit.

"Thank you sir." Gale said.

He walked out the door.

"Daddy, can I go for a walk?"

He nodded.

Ever since the Games started, Gale has been a wreck. Because of Katniss and Peeta.

"Hawthorne!" I yell as I run out the door of my house.

"Hello, Madge."

I smile when he says my name.

"Where you going?"

"To hunt."

"Can I come?"

"Sure you don't want to get your dress dirty?"

I was appalled.

"I'm not a rich bitch, Gale."

He laughed.

"You want some gold soap to wash your filthy mouth?"

"Gale, stop it. Seriously."

I started to walk away.

"Madge, I'm sorry."

He grabbed my arm.

"I'll teach you how to hunt." He says.

"What makes you think I don't know how?"

He grabbed the bow and quiver from his bag.

"Set up an arrow."

He handed me the items.

I started laughing.

"Gale, take them back before I accidently kill someone."

He laughed too. He grabbed the bow and quiver.

"Come on." He says.

He grabs my arm.

"We're going to hunt?" I ask.

"Yes."

I smiled.
