"Where do you think you're going young one?" The harsh low voices were back.

"Help! Someone help us!" my voice cried out. "There's no one here to do that, you know that. Come along."

Strong arms lifted me up and carried my body to some unknown location. My muscles refused to move, making it impossible to struggle even though my every nerve told me to.

"Don't cry, you're so ugly when you cry. The pain will only last for a few seconds, you'll most likely lose consciousness from it anyways." I could never see the man who spoke, it was just a floating voice. Tears started flowing from my eyes, I couldn't help it. That was when I took the first blow to my face,

"Your such an ugly child when you cry!" The words stung just as much as the sting on my face, "You're the most beautiful child I own, why does something that everyone else does make you so ugly?" My sobs slowly faded as the arms set me on the altar, I unintentionally lifted up my arms to look at my hands, they were shaking vigorously.

"You know what's going to happen next, don't you? You've seen it done to almost all of the other kids. I was afraid to do this in fear of ruining your beautiful skin, but then how would everyone know you were mine?" The voice laughed, a low murderous laugh. "Now everyone will know that you're mine, and even if you do manage to live, you'll never forget."

The sizzling sound of searing metal echoed in my head along with my throbbing heartbeat. Suddenly a sharp pain ran through my chest, the smell of burning skin in the air. I threw my head back in pain, screaming and struggling to get away from my captors. But I was a weak boy and my captors were too strong. The pain never lessened, the burning sensation still as strong as the moment it had started.

I screamed as my body flew into an upright position. I was in my manor, safe with all of my servants to protect me. Of course they were at my command, they all took refuge under my roof, the Phantomhive manor. I unbuttoned my shirt and looked down at the scar on the outside of my left rib cage. I shuddered at the thought and memory of that terrible place. I looked to my right out my window, the light of the moon slightly shining through the curtain. I looked back to my left and standing there was my butler, my demon.

Sebastian is mine and has been, he was always there under my command and was ready to do everything that I needed.
