Fallen Angel

That dark, fateful night.
Fallen from the heavens
And into my sight.
My blessed angel
You came to me.
Your wings were clipped
And that set you free.
You came for me
Your love so strong.
You invaded my shell
And sent my heart into a song.
Never once did I
Feel so much love,
Than from my fallen angel
Sent down from above.
