Well thisn is my first Death Note masterpiece so sorry if it's bad. I got this idea a while ago when reading the 7th book or perhaps it was the 8th anyways.

Chocolate Love

Mello sat on the bed and watched as L packed his backs. "But do you have to go to Japan?" He complained again as the black haired male zipped up his suitcase. "Can't you just keep sending Watari?"

L looks over at his blonde haired angel. He frowns as he notices the chocolate that seems to be always hanging out of his mouth. "Kira is in Japan and I made it my job to catch him." He explained for the thousandth time that night. He leaned over and took the chocolate out of the other boy's mouth before giving him a quick kiss.

Mello smiled. "So you are naming me your successor if anything happens to you right?" He asked yawning tiredly and laying down on the bed. L just shook his head and dropped his suitcase onto the floor.

"I already told you. My successor will probably be Near just because after I solve this case I want to take you away to some quiet part of the world and live with you."

Mello sighed and looked at L. "Your wearing the wedding dress right?" He teased lightly before closing his eyes. Though they opened a minute later when he felt soft lips press against his own. He moved his hands up to bury in fine locks of midnight hair. L pushed against Mello lightly straddled the younger boy. Sometimes he felt a little bad. Afterall Mello was barely 14 and L himself was 19. He let his hands coast over the blonde's body and stop at the rim of his shirt.

He pushed him off then Mello quickly stripped to nothing but bare skin. L laughed at his over eager kitten and after taking his own clothes off pushed the kid back down. He was surprised when Mello pushed him over and straddled him. Mello gently nipped at his neck and L, not used to being on bottom, tensed. After a few moments of nipping Mello let his hands rub the inside of his lover's thighs. L gave a soft whimper, surprising himself. The chocolate lover kissed him again and reached towards L's night stand. After pulling out some lube he layed it on the bed next to their naked bodies.

Mello's mouth followed the other's skin down to his nipples. Taking one in his mouth and rubbing the other Mello decided it was way to hard to be on top. He flicked it a couple more times before dipping his tongue into L's navel. L again gave a soft whimper and Mello groaned back. He loved the soft mewling sound that came out of L's mouth the second his tongue touched the other's member. He licked down the the base and back up to the tip. His tongue played with the little hole there and he pulled back when L bucked, pushing his cocked into Mello's mouth. Mello got up and positioned the cock at his entrance. He cried out as L penetrated him and suddenly remembered the lube. He sighed as he slid all the way on then pushed the tube off the bed. L grabbed his hips and pushed him on his back so that the older man had more control.

" Don't worry Mello. I'll come back to you I swear." Was the last thing Mello heard before falling asleep. Sadly that was the last thing L had ever said to him.
