What was it about Sasuke that Sakura had loved so dearly? Why did she treasure him so even though he knew they couldn't be together? She hid in the deep green shrubs staring at Sasuke with her normal love struck look on her face. Naruto stood not far away from her eating onigri thinking 'My God, she's insane!' All of a sudden, Kakashi fell from a tree tackling her and pinning her skillfully to the ground. "Kakashi-sensei, you're hurting me!" "That's kind of the point, my dear student" spoke Kakashi as if nothing were happening. "Sakura, you seem to be slacking from your studies staring at Sasuke-kun. You need to learn to expect the unexpected. Think outside of the box." "A tree?! Isn't that the most obvious place to hide, you a-" She was cut off by Sasuke's comment. "Good thing you didn't say that, Sakura. You might've gotten your arms broken by sensei." He chuckled and Kakashi let go. 'Hmm.' Sakura thought. 'Sasuke seems to be...happy about something.' Sasuke helped Sakura up, but he didn't let go of her hand. 'She has soft hands' he thought to himself. He suddenly let go once he realized what he was doing. He blushed madly and looked away suddenly angry. As if he was angry with himself for just maybe, warming up to Sakura. He suddenly left with an embarrassed, yet a don't-screw-with-me look. "What's with him? He's so moody, sometimes." said Naruto under his breath.
Sakura ran after him and said, "Sasuke, what's wrong?" looking up at him with tears in her eyes. She was dying to know what was on his mind. "You're never going to get it out of me." he said with a sly, seductive smirk. "Unless.."he said smiling openly now, "Unless I can kiss you..." "WHHAT?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?1 THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO DO?! Alright, just kiss me, damn you." Sasuke grabbed Sakura's chin gently with his index finger and thumb and pushed his lips onto hers. 'Wow. She has soft lips. And she's and AWESOME kisser.' Sakura was thinking the same thing about Sasuke. The two shared a passionate kiss for about 10 minutes. When they were done, Sakura asked him "So what did you want to tell me?" "Didn't the kiss say it all?" Sasuke spoke craftily. Sakura nodded her head slightly and smiled. She understood him.
