EXTERIOR CHRIS S APARTMENT
Lorelai knocks on his door
Chris answer's it ''Hey.'' he says
''Hey.'' Lorelai says almost crying
''You okay?'' he asks her
''Uh, I'm having a really bad night, and, um... I just don't want to be alone. Okay? she questions him
''Yeah. Uh yea sure, come on in.'' he says
''thanks.'' she says
''take a seat I'm making you some coffee.'' he tells her
''okay thank's is Rory awake?'' she asks him watching him in the kitchen
''uh,no I think she is sleeping she went to bed a few hour;s ago
''oh.'' Lorelai says
''but what the hell, for you I ll wake her up.'' Chris tells her
''Oh No, that s okay Chris just let her sleep.'' Lorelai tells him
''oh no she would want to say hi.'' he tells her and goes over to Rory's door and knocks on it and open's it
''hey sweetie you awake?'' Chris asks her
he doesn't get in answer back.
''you mom's here and she would like you to come out and say hi to her.'' Chris tells her
''urgg dad I don't really care shh I'm sleeping!'' Rory says and throws her pillow over her head hardly
''okay.'' Chris says and shut's the door and goes back out to the livingroom.
''so what happened tonight Lore?'' he asks her
''well my husband and I got in a huge fight.'' she tells him
''oh about what?'' he questions her
''well I wanted to go out to dinner with him and he didn't and just wanted to stay home and watch the stupid basketball game on the couch.'' she tells him
''couldn't he tape it and it was one hell of a game.'' he tells her
''I told him to do that but he didn't want to go out after his long week and just wanted to kick back on the couch with a beer and relax.'' she tells him
''I need a break from my long week too he's not the only one with a stressful job.'' she tells him
''I just wanted to go out to a nice relaxing dinner with my husband that's not too much to ask!'' she tells him
