Zac was in his bedroom, lying down on his bed until it was time for him to get ready for the parade, he had decided to do the Anzac Parade to represent his Grandfather who had fought in World War 1. It was currently 5.30am.

Meanwhile Vanessa had been up for an half an hour getting ready she had just hopped out of the shower and started to apply light make-up because she wasn't one to smother herself in makeup. She had been getting ready for the Anzac Parade to represent her grandmother.

It was finally time, Zac and Vanessa had been marching in the 7th battalion in the 2/14th infantry. They had both been marching with the heads held high to show how proud they were. Zac decided to see who else was marching in the same infantry as him. He spotted a girl around his age with medals on and holding a picture, Wow she's beautiful he thought, Vanessa thought she felt like someone was watching her so she looked around and gave him her famous smile, Damn he's so cute and hot she thought then looked forward and continued to walk.

After the march there was a gathering Vanessa decided to go and get a coffee when she was in her tracks of getting one her mind flashed back to her grandmother until she had bumped into a person.
"Uh...Sorry I kinder blocked out there"
" It's ok I should have been watching where I was going but instead I was looking for this beautiful girl who was marching in the same infantry as me" He blushed, When he did Vanessa giggled " It's Alright". Then she looked up to notice the most stunning eyes she had ever seen " I'm Vanessa by the way", " Zac" as they shook hands Zac noticed it was the girl he had been looking for.
" Ah… you know how I mentioned I was looking for this beautiful girl?" Zac asked Vanessa " Yeah" She replied, " Well I uh… kinder…uh… found her" " Well you should go and introduce yourself to her then" " I Already have…. She's um… standing right in front of me". It took Vanessa a minute then it finally hit he the girl he was talking about was her, she blushed furiously.
"Would….you ah… um… liketogooutsometime?" "Sure" She replied and they both continued to walk to the coffee table holding hands subconsciously.
