Don't ask where this did come from. But since the characters already comment themselves what they think about certain in-game traits, I wondered what else they might say when they are alone, without the curious gaze of the player. And since I certainly left them alone like described below more than a twenty times, Ratchet & Clank maybe had this chat. :)
Copyright of everything about R&C: Tools of Destruction doesn't belong me. No flames please.
If the snow kept coming like that, Ratchet wouldn't need his holo-disguise to act perform original snowman. The white mass collected already around his feet, on his shoulders, and probably on half of Clank, despite the robot not having complained about anything.
Yet.
He yawned, then sighed, shifting as he leant on his Omniwrench, head now lying on his crossed arms. Maybe he would fell asleep so it wasn't that boring anymore: About himself falling down he didn't to worry, after all.
There was no way his body would move farther than a cubit soon, anyway.
"Clank, when was the last time we moved? Or, better, when I was able to move my feet?"
"Approximately fifteen minutes, thirty-seven seconds ago." A groan answered the stoic statement.
"Great, my feet are gonna fall of later, and she's doin' some babbling with her mom. Why did she call her again?"
"I believe she said her daughter needed to tidy up her room, along some less than polite comment to stop playing with cartoon figures on a screen."
"Says someone who has never been a video-game figure stuck on an ice crystal in space, with loads of Space Pirates 'round who wanna dine on you – yuck –" a shiver went through the Lombax's body. "And you can do nothin' 'cause there's nobody at the blasting controller!"
"Do not worry, Ratchet. There are no Space Pirates close, and what I know of the girl, she will be soon back to either continue playing or turning the console off."
"Right now, I hope it's the latter. Being zipped into Aphelion's warm cockpit sounds quite promising, don't ya think?"
The Lombax turned a critically eye to the ground where his boots were now completely covered in white powder, the cold now slowly creeping through the material.
"Except the game engine decides my feet are so frozen to the ground, even a re-start wouldn't help."
