Pushing up the sand dune, long abandoning the idea of wearing his flip-flops the pads of his toes curled against the hot summer sand. One would call Tom beach cautious, you could never have too many things, and he made sure to always be the one to pack the car, and extra sunscreen just in case.

"Come on Tom..you're so slooooww."

She was no doubt laughing at him, a distance off he could hear her voice carry down with the wind as he made his very own journey walking up the dune. Foxy was already long gone, but he didn't mind getting left with the things he brought. She had insisted that all they needed was a towel and a bottle of sunscreen but Tom, always feeling the most experienced when it came to the beach; rather it was his mother's advice in his ear. He always forgot that foxy had basically grown up here. "I get it I'm coming." Pulling the bags up into his hand he tried to wave at her. Feet digging into the dune he carried on.

"Just go on without me!" He spoke out loud laughing at himself as the WWE announcer took yet another break to look off into the distance; and to rest his arms but he would blame it on the scenery. Maybe they should have stayed closer to the car. Though Tom liked the remoteness of where they were at. It was definitely going to be a secret spot for the two of them from now on.

He could hear her off in the distance and looking up at her to speak about his progression up this particular dune his voice had suddenly caught in his throat.

She was so beautiful.

He already knew that, of course. It certainly wasn't just some realization that had come to him when he'd seen her at a particular angle. He always thought she was beautiful. When she was laughing, when she was crying, when she slept, and he even thought mask of bravery she used to hide her fear was beautiful.

Though everything about her right in this moment was was just… indescribable. From the red in her hair that looked so soft to her remarkable strength which Tom believed could knock out even the toughest man. He couldn't help but gaze upon her in all her splendour and admire her even from this great distance.

She was so beautiful, the sunlight reflects off her shiny dark skin and he is captured. He'd never felt so grateful in his life. He could see her smiling at him. A smile, just for him.

Tom had never felt so moved to tell her how beautiful she looked, and bags immediately dropping onto the sand he held his hands over his mouth to help his voice travel farther. "You're beautiful!" He spoke with a shining smile, eyes catching again how the summer wind pushed around the hem of her dress. He could see her smiling at him and she was just completely radiating as she looked at him with her hand holding down the top of her hat in the breeze.

"I can't hear you!" Her voice a muffle that Tom could barely understand himself due to the sound of the wind pushing the open sides of his Hawaiian shirt that and up against shell of his ear.

"I said you look beautiful!"

She was his solace, his favorite place.
