There was a girl.
There was a boy.
She had cherry blossom colored locks.
He had raven black hair.
Everyone said that she was useless and weak.
Everyone said that he was a genius and a child prodigy.
All she saw was him.
All he saw was revenge.
Emerald eyes were filled with love, hope and trust.
Obsidian eyes were filled with hate, darkness and death.
All she wanted were his attention and recognition.
All he wanted were his family and power.
She wanted to help, but he turned away.
She offered herself, but he rejected her.
Chasing after him, her love for him was too strong.
Running away, the walls that surround his heart were too thick.
She felt that she was not enough for him.
He felt that she was too good for him.
She never stopped loving him.
He never stopped caring for her.
She realized he was all that she needed.
He never realized that all he needed was her.
She loves him.
He loves her.
