I thought it'd be fun to do a fanfic about Will being drunk and Ailen, a female Ranger,has to go get him for Halt.

Ailen was sick and tired of seeing that stupid grin on Will's face and the hiccups weren't exactly a walk in the park either.
Of course Halt couldn't have gotten up off his lazy rear and go get HIS apprentice, no that job was left for yours truly.
"You know -hiccup- what I like about Tug?" Will said grinning stupidly.
Ailen sighed and rolled her eyes, "No Will what do you like about Tug?"
Will grinned even more and looked over at the shaggy pony "His sense of humor." The little pony tossed his head and huffed. "See," Will said looking at Tug with stupid wonder,"classic Tug."
Ailen rolled her eyes. Will leaned back and rested his head on Ailen's chest. She glared down at him. He poked her cheek," Your -hiccup- pretty." he said smiling and giggling.
Ailen nudged her horse into a trot and decided Halt was going to pay for this.
"That's weird," Ailen heard Will say after a few minutes.
"What?" she said looking down at him.
The boy was studying his hand "My thumb it's -hiccup- gone."
"Here," Ailen said uncurling his thumb.
"It's back!" he squealed with delight "Ailen you made my thumb come back your a wizard!"
"Yea that's great now stop hugging me."
Halt heard hoof beats outside and grinned. "I guess Ailen's back."
Just then the door swung open. "Here's your apprentice safe and drunk."
Will hiccuped "Hey Halt ol' buddy."
Halt glared at Will "Next time you drink I'll skin your backside."
Will grinned and poked Halt's cheek "You wouldn't do that to me."
Halt glared down at him and cocked his eyebrow "i wouldn't?"
"Well if that's all you need me to do I'll be leaving now." Ailen said turning and walking outside.
"Come on Will time for you to go to bed." Halt said turning the boy around and walking him to his room.
"Tug's so funny." Will mumbled wrapping his arms around Halt.
"Ohh your gonna have a headache tomorrow." Halt mumbled.
