Albus' POV:
"Albus get UP! The letter is here! THE LETTER! Oh my gods Albus just GET UPP NNOOWW!" Lily ran into Albus' room and started jumping on his bed waving the letter in her hand. "If you want the letter come and get it!" she chanted as Albus slowly woke up. You would think that by now you would be wide awake but in this household, everyone had learnt to sleep through Lily's chants. Going along with them usually came at a price. Albus rubbed his eyes. "Oh yay, JJAAAMMMMEEEESSSSSS! AALLBBUUSS IISS AAWWAAKKEE!" Lily screamed out to the room next door. She was way to loud. He knew this because Mum and Dad came in asking what the racket was and why Lily couldn't just go next door and tell James. And also because everything they said had a ringing tone with it. Mum seemed to notice my confused face and cast a spell on me that I didn't hear. After that I could hear so well that I don think I will ever say pardon again! "Oh my Albus are you ok?" Dad looked at me with concern. I don't know what face I pulled but it must have been a good one for Dad to ask if I was ok. Mum gave Lily a look I could not see as she was turned away from me but Lily sighed and handed over the letter. Shivers went up my spine. Oh crap. Oh crap crap crap. "James could you please sit down." James had that look on his face like 'Come on Mum, seriously?' Or maybe that look was permanently on his face. Either way he made a fuss about sitting down in Albus' room. Once they where all sitting on either the wooden chair (Dad), Albus' desk (James) or on Albus' bed (Lily and Mum) Mum handed me the letter. He opened it with caution. Inside he pulled out 2 slips of paper and read them aloud. Once he was done Mum smiled and Dad gave me a reassuring grin. Albus didn't look at James or Lily. He knew the looks he would get from them. As they all got up and left the room Albus heard James mumble "Bet you your in Slytherin." Nobody heard except Albus. And that's when the taunting began. Most people wouldn't except your brother to tease you, whereas Albus was surprised it took James so long to start. 3 whole minutes after the incident before he started to tease me. That's got to be a new record! That afternoon he scavenged the whole house for some parchment and ink to write some letters. He wrote a letter to Rose telling her the whole situation. She would understand, he is her cousin. Then he wrote one to the Aguilera's inviting them over next weekend. He also invited Rose in a little p.s at the bottom before sending it of. "Why don't you just kiss that bloody Aguilera girl already." He would taunt "or maybe the boy." Albus had lived with him long enough to know he was only saying this to get something our of Albus so he kept his mouth shut. "Good luck Casper, don't leave till you get an answer off them." And he watched Casper fly away while James continued to taunt him from the other side of the door. Its not like he hadn't been doing it all afternoon.
