Mikasa entered work early, weighed down by all her personal items. she set her coffee down, knowing that it would be good because it was Tuesday and marlene knew just how she liked it, she placed her laptop next to the caffeinated beverage, her purse next to her chair, and her jacket flopped on the headrest.
She picked up her cup and took a sip, allowing the smooth hazelnut taste to spread across her taste buds as she relaxed into the warmth. She closed her eyes, feeling the tension release from her shoulders when she heard an annoyingly loud squeeking sound from her window.
She turned around to see a male, held up by wires as he furiously squeegeed the offending stain on her window.
She looked at him, and he only just seemed to realize her prescence inside the room. the dark haired man held up the wiper with a sheepish look on his impassive face, and she frowned.
She turned back to her seat and started up her laptop, only to hear another scream from the squeegee.
She flipped around when it continued, only to see the mans face scrunched in concentration as he fought with the stain. She smiled a bit, admiring his dedication, she grabbed a piece of paper from her desk.
Dear sir,
please don't bother with that
old stain any longer, its been there since
I can remember, it would be a miracle if you
could get it out.
The girl cautiously slid the note out, assuring it was pinned underneath the pane of the window so it wouldn't fly away and returned to her desk, the squeegeeing interrupted her no longer, and she was convinced the unpleasant feeling in her stomach was just a residue of the loud noise the wiper made

The next day Mikasa returned to her office slightly late, and notice, with some shock, the stain that had ruined her view was gone. She walked forward, fingertips ghosting over where it was.
She walked over to her desk and wrote another note.
Impressive, to say the least, I don't know
Whether you replaced the window or are Have
some magical cleaning powers, But thank you.
Mikasas third sighting of the man was when she entered her office, again early, and saw him outside again, she smiled, and did a semi wave with her weighed down hand, and her returned the favor.
She heard a tap at the window, but when she turned around, he was gone, and in his place was a note.
Look, I don't want to come off as the creepy
type but I would love to take you out for dinner
Ps: I have more skills than window washing.
-Levi
Mikasa smiled, looking at the note again, before folding it into her pocket and picking up another piece of paper to respond.
Dear Levi,
Id love too, pick me up at the front at
the end of my shift at eight.
Ps: you can leave your 'skills' till the
third date.
-mikasa
she placed the note in its place under the pane, and went back to her work place, finishing up her miscellaneous papers, and when she turned around the note was gone, and in its place was a single red rose.
