The Castle That Never Was

A meeting was in session, one of the few that concerned everyone. Xemnas was, of course, sitting, more so leaning over, in his chair slightly with his fist under his chin. He had a small smile as he directed the others attention to the group's scientist, Vexen.

"Now, Vexen, why don't you tell the others about the latest experiment you've been working on." Xemnas spoke with calmness, but authority.

"Yes, Lord Xemnas." Vexen sat straight up in his chair and pulled out of his coat a clipboard. "Now, Lord Xemnas has trusted me with locating new worlds that are even out of reach of the keyblade bearers. I believe I have finally, after much research, found some worlds that not even the powerful Yen Sid could reach. In a few days, I should have a portal ready to enter one of these worlds and then we can send one or two members to preform recon, if that is what Lord Xemnas wishes, and hopefully be able to take control of that world and others soon."

"What kind of worlds are we talking about here?" Xigbar quipped up, leaning forward and smirking mockingly.

"That's what the recon would be for, Number Two." Vexen sneered back. "As far as I've really learned, the worlds, we are forcing a pathway to, will be vast."

"Maybe two members wouldn't be enough then?" Axel jumped in. "Maybe we should send four or five, so we could cover more ground and be more prepared to fight unknown enemies." He did his best not to look to smug with his suggestion.

The Organization quickly started arguing and bickering amongst each other. The few quiet ones being Zexion, Roxas and Xemnas. The latter watching and listening carefully. The group bickered over if Vexen could really pull this off and, if he could, who should go on recon to learn about the world. Demyx only spoke when someone mentioned him going with Larxene. The musician quickly tried to shut down that idea. Saix was the first to notice that Xemnas was ready to speak and motioned for everyone to stop talking in a subtly rude way.

"For now, Vexen, continue your experiments. A decision will be made once we know a door to these worlds is possible." He started to rise from his chair, towering over everyone and smirking in an incredibly intimidating way. The rest of the organization agreed, said no more and departed.
