Deuce and I has homeroom together and we were sitting in class, passing notes to each other.
I wonder if Ms. McEwing ever thought of getting married. =.=
I threw the paper onto Deuce's desk and he read it.
Hahah. Maybe. :)
Just as I was about to reply back, the door opened and there stood Mr. Clayton, a fine man that just moved to Chicago and goes everywhere to know everyone. I guess today is the school.
Once Ms. McEwing saw Mr. Clayton, her face flushed.
"May-May I help you?"
"Oh! I'm Mr. CLayton. I'm new to Chicago and just wanted to see everyone and everything around this fine state."
"Well, I'm Ms. McEwing. I-I hope you enjoy."
"I did. Thank you."
With that he left the room. Our teacher watches him the entire time. Her ears were bright red.
Deuce whispers to me, "We better start expecting marriage soon."
"Why?" I whispered back, looking over at the dark haired boy who was looking straight at me.
"Because Ms. McEwing's sweet on Mr. CLayton!"
"Mr. Clayton?" I was confused. What did he mean?
"Didn't you see her ears?"
"You mean ears turning bright red means you're in love.." I said, trying to clear this up.
"I don't know," Deuce mumbled, looking down, his ears bright red.
