Hydro and Haruka wandered slowly through the park, taking in the calm, peaceful surroundings, Haruka was observing everything with her normal perky joyful energy, Hydro was just lost in his thoughts; he often did that, just escaping into his mind, alone with his thoughts. They watched as a Treecko hybrid jumped from tree to tree as a Taillow hybrid glided through the treetops playfully chasing after. Hydro and Haruka sat by a large tree in the park centre, looking at the clouds as they peacefully drift through the sky; after an hour or so, when the sun started to set, the two decided to head home. "Well, see you tomorrow Hy." Haruka said gleefully as they reached the city fountain. "Sure thing." Hydro replied, he smiled as they went their separate ways. He made his way down the darkened street when all of a sudden he heard a high pitched scream, and he knew whose scream it was all too well. "Haruka!" Hydro yelled as he raced towards his friends scream. He tracked the scream down to a small alleyway, where he saw Haruka cornered by two shadowy figures. "Hey!" Hydro yelled to the mysterious figures, "What do you want with her?" No response came from the shadows, instead, they simply turned around and stared at Hydro with and unblinking gaze. Hydro could see their faces illuminated in the soft street light, one of the figures was a Mismagius hybrid, with a deep purple cloak and a matching hat to resemble her respected pokemon, the other appeared to be a Greninja hybrid, dressed as a dark blue ninja with a pink scarf covering his mouth and nose. But what really spoke out to Hydro were their eyes. Both their eyes were a bright emerald green, they continued to stare at Hydro unblinking; remaining silent, they turned back towards Haruka, who was still quivering in the corner. As they turned back towards his friend, Hydro began to charge at them with a Metal Claw, the Mismagius hybrid, sensing the danger, grabbed the Greninja hybrid's arm and they both disappeared in a soft, purple light.
