A Huge Misunderstanding
"I love you", he said softly, staring into her eyes.
"I love you too", Kagome said, blushing slightly.
Inuyasha couldn't believe what he was hearing. He had drop by Kagome's house so that he could take her back to the Feudal Area. She had spend too much time in her own time, so after much debating back and forth and a lot of grumbling (from him), he had decided to come look for her. And there she was, being all lovey with some strange man. Why, that-, he thought to himself as he took off.
'I can't believe it. After all her complaining about Kikyo, and now she does this", Inuyasha said to himself, refusing to admit how much that scene had hurt him.
"Well Hojo, was it good?" Kagome asked.
"Yeah, I think it went really good Kagome. I think we really got into character. It was very believable." Hojo said, with a sincere smile.
"I'm glad", Kagome said, "I was getting kind of tired of practicing. I can't believe Mr. Wari actually talked me into acting in this place and actually being the female lead."
"I think you're really good, Kagome. The part you're playing suits you very well." Hojo said kindly.
"Thank you, Hojo", Kagome said, blushing slightly.
"I apologize Kagome, but I have to be on my way home." Hojo said.
"Ok," Kagome said, "I will see you on your way, then."
Inuyasha had been thinking for a while. He was so mad; he hadn't even talked to Kagome. He decided he would go see her to her school in the morning.
That night, he fell asleep in Kagome's backyard. He woke up when the sun was high in the sky and took off to her school.
He couldn't believe it, there was Kagome and next to her was the guy from before. They were talking together, really close together like they were more than friends. An angry Inuyasha watched them for a few moments before he took off.
