A/N: They just need to get married, okay? And I really love the idea of singing quietly to someone at a wedding, so ahem, this was born. I hope you enjoy it and let me know what you thought. :)

Matrimony
The day has been everything she hoped for: all her family and friends present to congratulate her, a beautiful venue on the shores of an Italian beach, and a dress that flattered her small form. The thing that tops her entire wedding though is her new husband: Ichinose Tokiya. He is the epitome of perfection and brings her more happiness than she could have ever hoped for. To think he was once known as the idol Hayato who was the sole inspiration behind her dream of becoming a composer is amazing. To say the least, they were destined for each other.
Haruka speculates on all this as she mindlessly accepts congratulation after congratulation. This continues until she feels a gentle tug on her hand and she is led to the center of the dance floor. It is no surprise to see that it is Tokiya who has spared her the ceremonious words – he knew her well enough that while she does not mind the congratulations, it does get repetitive after some time.
Naturally, like any other man on his wedding day, Tokiya is smiling charmingly her way and it feels like a treat for Haruka in comparison to his usual serious demeanor. Either way, Haruka loves Tokiya for all his talents and flaws with her entire being.
"So how does it feel?" Tokiya asks abruptly, taking her from her thoughts in the same manner, "being Mrs. Ichinose now?"
A brilliant smile on the woman's expression is all he needs to know the answer and yet while Haruka knows this, she went on to respond, "everything I hoped it would be."
Tokiya smiles in return and kisses her forehead sweetly and pulls her close in time of a slow song starting. He presses their cheeks together and closes his eyes as he sings the lyrics in her ear barely above a whisper. Haruka's grin becomes even more wider at this notion and allows herself to close her eyes as well. In this moment, Haruka gets the feeling that they were the only two present and frankly, that is all that matters. This is it. This is them.
"I love you," Tokiya murmurs while finishing their moment while still keeping their cheeks pressed together.
With a short intake of air, Haruka sighs happily as she says, "I love you too…."
A coy chuckle from Tokiya lets her know he returns the feeling and he separates from her to take in the sight of his new and beautiful wife in all her glory. "Good," He says in such a genuine tone that it sends butterflies aflutter in the pit of Haruka's stomach (this was only provoked further when she caught the sight of the soft expression he wore that is the way any girl wishes to be looked at by the man she is in love with).
Yeah, he is the definitely the best part of the wedding.
