"Rose Tyler." That's the only thing that the Doctor could think of now. It had been a few months since he had lost the Ponds and he wants a companion. The companion that he believed in. The one that was missing from his world.

Of course, he had River Song, but she never stayed along for long. He wanted his Rose. The Rose that would make his day. The one that hadn't seen his new face. He wanted someone he loved, but never got to say his, "I love you."

All he could do was sulk and hold on to a shirt that Rose had left behind. The one that he hadn't seen in years. The one Donna held. The shirt that Rose had one on there first adventure together as his old self. His tenth regeneration. The Doctor could only think of the adventures they could have had.

"I need you Rose Tyler." He said as he held on to the shirt. It had a trace of her smell left. It was almost gone.

"Interface. Show me Rose." He asked since it was the only thing he could do left.

The interface gave him a true sized Rose. The one he loved. He sighed. The Doctor knew he wouldn't be able to see her again, unless a miracle happened. And most timelords don't believe in miracles. He wasn't one of those timelords. His love kept him going, hoping that one day he'd see her again.

He got up, ready for his next adventure alone, "Geronimo ol' girl."

He knew he'd see Rose again one day. He knew and he was ready.

I hope you enjoyed this story! I did intend this to be a one-shot, but if I recieve good feedback on it, maybe I'll make a real story out of it. (:
I made that end with his love and all that based on the song, When You Can't Sleep by Of Mice and Men.
