Hi! There was amazing response to my other GMW fanfic and I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you! That may sound cheesy but it means alot to me! Also I wondering if anyone reading knew of any good Riarkle fanfics I could read? I haven't found many and I was wondering if I was looking in the right places.

The young Minkus boy walked down the street, treading with care as he did not want to slip on the ice that covered the pavement. Small flakes of snow fell from the sky and placed themselves on the jacket clad body. Farkle kept walking along, feeling the bag that he carried press against the side of his leg. Ignoring the stares he was getting from passing cars, he treked on in the snow to his destination. As he reached the set of apartments he buzzed the apartment that was inhabited by his favourite Matthews family and their daughter.
"Shawn!?" Said Mr Matthews from the small box, he had a desperate plea in his voice which made Farkle inwardly laugh. He remembered Riley talking at school a couple days ago about how excited her dad was that his childhood friend was coming for the weekend.
"No, it is Farkle, sir" He replied being able to easily picture the male adults face falling a couple floors up.
"Oh come on up then" Mr Matthews sighed dejectedly and Farkle made he was up to the Matthew household. As he knocked on the door he heard the sounds of Auggie running around, followed by sound heavier footsteps, supposedly Mrs Matthew's. And once the door was open he saw the sight of Auggie wearing a singlet, top hat and hugging a Mr Googly. Farkle smiled at the small boy that he had become very fond of and stepped into the apartment, making his way to Riley's room.
He lightly rapped on the door and stepped into the semi-dark room. The curtains around the bay window were drawn and there was just fairy lights lighting the room, giving it a cosy feel. And there sat on the middle of the bed, was the girl herself. The girl that made the boy genius's heart flutter, the one that made him think about how he saw the world and had opened his mind from simple scientific matters.
"Hey" She said softly, curling her arms around the pillow that she hugged to her body.
"How you feeling?" He asked giving her a gentle smile and went to sit next to her on the bed after kicking off his shoes, leaving them discarded on the ground somewhere.
"It is worse than the phoophoo plague" She said smiling slightly and Farkle laughed in response.
"Come here" Farkle said as he opened his arms for a hug, Riley removed the pillow and revealed a hot water bottle snuggling up to her body as she moved closer to Farkle.
"Now I have brought ice cream, chocolate and a movie" He said to the girl that was held close to him. The pair set themselves up for the night and it was late in the night when they finally fell into a deep sleep and forgot about stomach aches and poor financial investments.
