I was standing outside the WindClan camp, looking at the stars that shone brightly in the sky. Feathertail was one of them.
Feathertail had been perfect. Her silver fur was always sleek, and seemed to glow. Her voice was as soothing as the water of her home (when it wasn't flooded). She was always calm, no matter what happened. But her eyes were what made me fall in love with her, everytime I saw her.
They were the brightest blue you would ever see. They always seemed to sparkle, especially when she laughed. Even as she was on the floor, dying with blood all over her, her eyes still sparkled. I knew she had died, not by the sudden stop of breathing, but because her eyes no longer sparkled; they were dull. Not Feathertail's eyes. Part of me died.
She was now my own star. Every night, she sparkled, just like her eyes
After Feathertail died, I never thought I could love another, but then, I met Leafpool.
Leafpool, she was just….Leafpool. Nothing could begin to describe her. She wasn't perfect, far from it, but it was her flaws that I loved. Her pelt was the color of the fallen leaves in Leaf-Fall. Her eyes didn't sparkle, but shine with happiness. Her smile could melt the heart of even a ShadowClan warrior. I always wanted to be around her, and she wanted to be around me. When we ran away together, I felt like my heart would burst. But we came back; I think a part of me died, just like when I lost Feathertail.
Leafpool's now my sun. She was there everyday, warming me with her smile.
After Leafpool, I thought StarClan hated me. I thought I wasn't meant to love anyone. Then, Nightcloud asked me to go hunting with her. It wasn't exactly love at first sight, but after awhile, my heart soared whenever I was near her.
Her fur was as dark as the midnight sky, but she was kind and caring. She would always listen to you, no matter what. If you did something wrong, she would let you explain yourself first. Good thing too, because I get in a lot of bad situations.
Nightcloud's my moon, always shining in the dark. I just hope she's here to stay, because I don't think I have another part of me to give up.
I walked back to the Warrior's den. First thing I saw as I walked in was that Nightcloud was still up, waiting for me to return. She smiled as I curled up beside her. I purred as I gradually lapsed into a deep slumber.
Over head, my star and my moon watched over me, and I knew that when I woke up, my sun would be there; Just like they always would.
I know it was short, but I think it said everything it needed too. I love Nightcloud. (Ducks behind desk. Don't Kill ME!) I think she brave to fall in love with a cat that had loved so many others, and I believe Crowfeather cares for her too. Stop hating her just because she was mean to Leafpool. You would have done the same thing if your boyfriend's ex was flirting with him. (Holds up white flag. Please don't hurt me!)
I hope you liked it! Don't forget to push the purple button at the bottom!
