LonelyBallerina's Note: Just a short one-shot for Natsu and Lisanna. Like it or not, I'd appreciate a review :)

Gift Exchange

It was the day of Christmas, the time of gift giving and sharing so the guild decided to acknowledge the season with much enthusiasm. A huge decorated tree was situated at the center of the building, under which were various gifts with different colors and sizes. The men cheered with their mugs of beer sloshing over as the women danced on top of tables. Master Makarov, who was dressed as Santa Claus, pranced around the guild while handing each member a piece of candy in shape of a cane. "Ho Ho Ho!" he exclaimed repeatedly.

Unbeknownst to most of them, two children were huddled at the corner of the room. A boy with bubblegum hair and a girl in white. "Here you go, Natsu. It's my gift to you," Lisanna said, handing him a big blue box with an enormous ribbon on top. The salmon-haired boy beamed as he saw the immensity of her present and eagerly grabbed it from her. Unexpectedly, it was very light and when he shook it, nothing made a sound. He took one sniff and yet, all he smelled was the wrapping paper and the box.

"What is it?" he asked, uncertain if he should be excited or not.

Smiling, she replied, "Open it"

Without hesitation, he did. Rather harshly at that. He tore the ribbon and the cerulean wrapper apart. But when he opened the lid, his smile faded. "It's empty," he whispered.

Lisanna sat beside him and said, "No, it's not. It's full, silly"

"Full of what? Air?" Natsu asked. He was on the verge of sulking.

"No," she remained completely calm, "It's full of kisses"

"Kisses?" He scrutinized the box even more, expecting for the supposed kisses to materialize.

She nodded, "Uh-huh. I blew kisses into the box. And they're all for you, Natsu"

As he heard those words, his face turned a light shade of pink. "Um..." he muttered.

"Yes?" her head tilted to the side as she waited for him to continue.

Shyly, he scratched his head and looked at her. "About my gift..." from behind him, he took an oddly shaped material and gave it to her rather shyly.

"What is it?" she asked as she took the thing from him. It appeared to be a squished box covered poorly of pink packaging.

"...I wanted to give you a hug but..." he couldn't finish anymore since Lisanna's arms were around his neck.

He turned a deeper red when she said, "I love it, Natsu".

"I love you too," he whispered so low that it must have been Lisanna's imagination. Oh well, maybe it wasn't even that important.

Was it?

LonelyBallerina's Note: Cheesy! So cheesy I could make a cake out of it! LOL.

I know, I know. It's not even Christmas yet and she's making fics like this. Well, I apologize since I'm having extreme writer's block which I'm hoping to counter with this. So yea. Reviews!
