Closer

This will most likely be the first story that many of you see of mine but I do write fanfiction based on other series. I hope you enjoy it, and depending on the response I get I just may write more.

This story is based on Sailormoon and all the characters belong to other people who are not me. The inspiration for this came from a favorite song of mine called "Closer" by The Corrs. It's a good song I suggest you all go out and listen to it.

This story is very short, but it tells the story of the song and that's what I wanted. I hope you enjoy it anyway.

P.S. This isn't your everyday songfic! You probably won't even know it was a song fic if I didn't tell you! Try it you just may like it! ~.^

I see you, walking every day. Walking with you books in your strap, or to work, or where ever you go. I don't know, I don't really know you that much anymore. We've met, but you don't think much of me... but there is a lot more to me than what you see with your eyes. We might even be friends, but you don't see me. You're always frowning. Do you ever really smile? A real smile. Not a half-grin or mocking smirk.

I didn't always look at you the way I do now, I hated you once. But there was always
something there, under the surface, that made me want to get to know you... Almost as if you needed me. But that's ridiculous... isn't it?

Where do you go? You always seem to be on your way somewhere. What do you think about? I bet its things that I can never understand. Do you think of me? I can't read anything from your eyes. Is there something there? Do you wonder about me?

What is it with you? Why do I need to know?

Sometimes I run into you, but other times I watch you. I never plan to run into you, it just
happens. So many other times though, more times than not, I sense you and just wait and watch. You never seem to notice me though, only when I run into you.

I want so much to see you smile! Maybe I could fall in love with that smile. Will you ever smile at me? You frustrate me so, always getting me mad before I could get you to understand. There is so much more to me than you think!

And all you would have to do is look closer...
