I see my angel on a bed
I see my angel start to bleed
I hear my angel scream
I hear my angel call my name
Just like she would in the many nights that she had slept
Something that she will never do again
Will my angel still love me?
After all the pain?
Will finally she see me for the fool that I am?
Will she leave me, like her mother to her father?
I hear her scream a blood curdling yell
My angel is in a never-ending Hell
A place where angels should not roam
I hear her cry
I smell her blood
Oh, evil, vile life needing liquid
That damned us both from the start
Or did it save us both?
Will my angel still love me?
After all the pain?
I see my angel start to wake
Blood red eyes that are opening
Opening wide
They turn to me
Will my angel still love me?
After all the pain?
Will she run?
Will she cry?
Will she finally say good bye?
But no,
She turns to me
And says words that make my dead heart sing!
How can three simple words
That has snapped many a heart before
Patch mine?
