Da Qiao's Dilemma
"Da! Come quick! Sun Jian just notified me that Cao Cao's forces are planning on attack!" Da wakes from her deep slumber. "Huh? Where's Xiao Qiao?"
Sun Ce barges into her room, trembling.
"Your sister, Xiao, was kidnapped." He sighs."I'm sorry."
"What?!" Da Qiao gasps. "By who?" "We think it's by..." Ce hesitates. "Umm.. Cao Cao's Forces. By Dian Wei."
A stressed tear falls from Ce's face. Da runs to hug him. Ce is taken back and decides to fill the silence.
"Get dressed. Thier planning to attack this evening." Da nods in agreement. Sun Ce walks towards the door. "Oh yeah, and we are heading towards Wei this afternoon for battle. Zhou Yu and I will be joining you.
Our task will be to rescue Xiao Qiao."
Da Qiao straightens up. "Okay."
Sun Ce pats Da Qiao's shoulder and smirks halfway. "It's going to be alright." Da Qiao's smile trembles as she let's herself go in Sun Ce's arms. She weeps so sorrowfully, even Cao Pi may feel sorry for her at this moment. Sun Ce cries quietly. They stand in the emptyness and sadness of Da Qiao's room. "Ce... Sun Ce?" Da trembles again. "Yes Da?" Sun Ce weeps. "Thank you. Thank... thank you for everything...I can't stand it anymore."
"Just stop talking. Let's go get ready. We'll get your sister back." Sun Ce wipes the salty tears from his eyes.
Da nods her head. "Let's go."
