Harry Potter is wizard and the special need school is actually magic school as well as special needs school. Harry Potter's guardian is petunia and petunia is divorced from Vernon. Petunia has custody of Dudley and Harry and Dudley wants to change his full name. Petunia is running a house for special needs orphans and harry is in the part of the house for the special needs orphan or a foster kids. Petunia Evans is special needs foster mom who is married to Tom Evans. Petunia's special needs house is called Lily's special needs house for foster kids who are special needs and orphans with special needs. Lily's special needs are funded by Harry's money and Harry Potter is one of foster kids that Petunia fosters and Harry is Petunia's nephew. Harry Potter has Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis and a wheelchair called Invacare TDX Sp electric wheelchair and was made by the goblins. The special needs school is called Lily's special needs school of witchcraft and wizardry school. Petunia has elevators to get to Harry's room on the third floor. Harry wears uniform to Lily's special needs school of witchcraft and wizardry school. Petunia washes the uniforms for Harry Potter and Dudley Evans. Harry has service dog named Baby Girl who is German shepherd and Siberian husky mix and Baby Girl is autism service dog with mobility training and detecting seizures. Harry's wheelchair has harness, lap belt, foot positioners on foot plate, is red and black. Harry's harness on the wheelchair is butterfly harness that clip on the bottom on the wheelchair that keep Harry sitting up in the wheelchair. Harry Potter is incontinent in both peeing area and pooping area. The brand of diapers is Abena Abri-Form level 4 adult diapers. Harry Potter is dating Heather Anderson and she has severe autism called Rett Syndrome and Severe Cerebral Palsy.
