Summary: Actions can speak louder than words. Mid-Catching Fire. (Katniss/ Darius.)
She stares at him as he stumbles into her room, in his hands a pile of white towels.
He doesn't meet her eyes.
She quickly catches his wrist before he can scurry out. He turns and meets her tearful gaze. He wouldn't know what to say even if he could speak.
A tear leaks from her eye, and he tentatively reaches out to wipe it, stroking her cheek.
Her eyes scream, 'I'm sorry,' and his lips find her forehead before he scampers out the door.
