Yokai are mysterious spirits that like suck out the luck out of it's victims and they are a part of our daily lives wether we know it or not. These yokai tend to cause chaos wherever they go so it is an angel's duty to help out these unfortunate souls who have fallen victim of these spirits but only if they are deemed worthy. Angles not only protect the innocent, they also try and help lead the victim to a better life. In fact most former yokai victims who meet their guardian angles end up being one of the most powerful people in the world but this is not about them. Instead our story is about a young man who's life was changed forever after witnessing an angle being attacked by a yokai. Meet Phoenix Wright a former attorney who was disbarred for forging evidence expect he did not.
In fact it was quite the opposite. You see his arch nemesis Payne Blackquil, a prosecutor framed him for doing the very thing that he was accused of so as a result, Payne made it look like that it was he who forged the evidence instead. His luck went downhill from there as a result and strangely that was when he started to see the yokai. At first Phoenix was scared of the yokai epescially after seeing a monkey like yokai who apparently liked to hang on to his leg so in the end he just decided to call the thing Bobo. Seeing the yokai wasn't the only strange thing that was happening to him. For expample he was starting to chains and locks around people whenever someone was lying to him. The next thing that Phoenix thought was very strange was when whenever people tried to do him wrong, it always seemed to backfire.
Aside from the fact that it always rained whenever he went outside, he couldn't help but feel as though he was being watched so he figured that it was just more of this bad luck that he was getting lately. Although he was unaware that he had even more powers than just the one's he has just witnessed. He had know idea that he was special. He had know idea that he was going to be apart of a very special case that would determine the fate of the world. All he could think of now was that all that he was good for was causing other people around him more misery. He didn't know that he would one day have powers that would bring him good luck.
However, little did he know was that it was the angles that have just blessed him with these magical abilities. Meanwhile an angle wearing a white robe was in the middle of pursuing a yokai who was at the moment in the middle of a rampage. Strangely this particular yokai that the angle was chasing was a tiny dragon but despite it's size it was actually causing a lot a damage wherever it went and the main reason that the angle was trying to get rid of it was because it was causing a nearby town some grief for quite some time.
"Disgusting vermin." The angle spat. Unfortunately Phoenix was unlucky enough to witness the battle between the girl and the dragon so once he saw that the girl was being attacked, the ex attorney knew that he had to save her because if he didn't, it would mean having to bare a long lecture from Hershal Layton if he ever found out that he abandon a lady in distress. Instantly, he tried looking around to see if there was anything in the area that could be used as a weapon. Ufortunately there wasn't so he had no choice but to use his fists which surprisingly worked once he saw that the creature disappeared. Apparently it also scared off Bobo the monkey who was unknown to the ex attorney's knowledge was actually the source of all his troubles.
"Are you ok ma'am? That is quite a nasty gash you got on your left shoulder and please, allow me to patch that up for you." However just when Phoenix was about to tear the sleeve off of his pink sweater he started to notice that this mysterious woman was starting to become angry so as a result he became scared when she said,"You just had to be the hero didn't you? Why couldn't you just leave me alone and thanks to you I am now your slave so be grateful that my superiors won't let me kill you!" Phoenix was now both confused and scared because of the woman's instant rage towards him epscially now that a strange mark appeared on his hand. The symbol that was on his hand looked like his old attorney badge except the only addition was that there were angle wings. It started to burn but he didn't care since he knew that he had to calm her down so the ex attorney then decided to swallow his fear.
"You sound upset, is there anything that I could do to help?" Phoenix asked nervously as he rubbed his hand against his greasy hair. The girl's expression then changed from being angy to absolutely terrified once she got a good look at Phoenix's attire and before he could say anything the woman in question suddenly grabbed him by the arm as she walked down the streets angrily shocking Phoenix once more as they both teleported away. The next thing that he knew was that he now at a different location and he never seen anything like it so as a result he was just hoping that he wasn't being kidnapped. Although Phoenix thought that the place that he was in looked like one of those high tech labs that he has only seen in sci fi films. Phoenix then looked in awe as he looked at his surroundings. Just when Phoenix was about to ask what the machine in front of him was he was suddenly kicked by a foot that came out of nowhere.
"I'm back so who here is ready to see their futures and bring back hope into their lives!" It was just his lust that he became unconscious but once Phoenix regained his conscious, he felt a little embarrassed that he was just knocked down by a twelve year old girl. Although he thought that her over enthusiastic nature reminded him of his old assistant Maya. There was even steam coming out of her nose and he could tell that she was determined to take on anything. All of a sudden, he instantly became depressed after thinking about Maya.
"Jinx, your being too loud." Said the mysterious young woman who was still angry at Phoenix for some reason as she violently pressed her foot against the ex attorney back leaving the young girl now known as Jinx very confused.
"Sorry Big Sister Rin but I was just so excited now that I finally got the time machine to start working again!" It was until that she finally saw Phoenix who was now at the mercy of her sister's wrath so that was when she had an idea and said," All I need now is an assistant." Jinx said as she gave Phoenix an evil smile which scared Phoenix even more and he even just realized that running away was going to be pointless since he has just recently tried that. Apparently it has already resulted with Jinx violently grabbing him by the shoulder while Rin kicked Phoenix in the stomach forcing the ex attorney to fall into a strange chair. Phoenix's first instinct was to try and escape but just as he tried to do so he was immeadiatly strapped in and he knew now that escaping was impossible now that his wrists were chained up behind the chair itself. All of a sudden he was now unconscious and the next thing he knew was that he found himself in some kind of office once he woke up.
"What happened? My head hurts." Phoenix said as he tried to get up but failed.
"Hello, didn't expect you to arrive so soon. Here let me help you." As Phoenix was helped off from the floor he was shocked to see that the one who helped him was his future self. He saw how well dressed his future self was and he could tell that he must be rich because of all of the expensive furniture he had in the office.
'How? Why?' Phoenix thought slightly confused while also feeling a little nervous meeting his future self. Although he didn't think that he was actually in the future and this person he was staring at was actuall his future self. In fact what he really wanted was solid proof and he refused to believe that he was actually in the future without evidence. Apparently his future self knew exactly what he was thinking when he showed him a blue key chain that was a character based off of a tv show that he liked when he was a kid. He then realized that it really was himself from the future because it was a personal item that no one knew that he had.
"Ok since I was able to convince you that I am you from the future, I am sure that you already have a few questions. We only have a few minutes so allow me to explain to you what happened." Phoenix was a little surprised to see that his future self seemed calm and confident unlike the way he is now. Future Phoenix then paused for a moment and said,"I know that this is a difficult time for you but believe me things will get better. Jinx and Rin might be a little aggressive at first but you must let them help you. I would have never gotten my company or my attorney's badge back without them and you are going to do great things someday so don't loose hope just yet." Future Phoenix said and just like that Young Phoenix returned to his own time without a warning.
Ok here is the deal, I wanted to try and to do a harem story for Phoenix Wright because I think that he deserves it. Please review and tell me who you would like to have in the harem. It can be either an OC or someone from the games or anime. Constructive criticism is always welcome but be polite. I want this story to be enjoyable for everyone.
