"We're actually going home! I can't believe they just left the door unlocked!" Serena said- as they looked over the huge cliff-with excitement in her voice. "Yeah well remember what the monk said. They did it on purpose so they could catch us. So we better hurry before they get here." I was eager to add. There was no way I was going back to that room. All of a sudden the air started to spark. You could feel the electricity in the air. "Oh great. Regulators." I said sounding defeated. "Hurry. We have got to jump before they get here!" I told Serena. Looking down over the cliff was a terrifying sight. Waves crashing against huge rocks. But then she felt Serena's hand jerked from hers."Run!" she called as two Regulators pulled her away."No!" I yelled. I wanted to fight the regulators, but I knew that I would never win. There were too many. That's when the Cincti arrived. Catty standing next to her father looking proud." We finally meet again Goddess." Adamantis said boldly. "It must be so hard to know that you have lost." he said. "We haven't lost yet." I said back trying not to look as scared as I felt."HA! Who do you have left?" he asked. "Me!" I said brashly."HA!" he laughed again."If I were you I'd just give up now. There is no hope for you now. You have lost everyone. Catty is with us and Serena is being locked up as we speak. There is no hope for you now. You may capture her now." He said it like he knew he had won, but how could he be so sure? "Wait!" someone called out. Catty stepped forward. "Vanessa is mine!" she started to stride towards me. When she reached me I pleaded "Catty c'mon we were best friends once. I know you aren't evil. You would never turn to that side. Please don't do this!"
"Vanessa you were always so civil. I don't know why Selene ever chose you to be a Daughter. You were never brave enough to use your gift. Just give up now." And with that she pushed me over the edge, but just as I lost my balance my hand caught her black robe.
