Rosalie needs Emmett to make her laugh and to keep her smiling and from being a bitch.
Alice needs jasper to keep her calm and to keep the hyper pixie at bay
Esme needs Carlisle to make her feel loved and to make her feel needed.
Bella needs Edward to be her knight in shining armour and to make her feel special.
