YOU ARE MY STAR
Black Star stands on the edge of the symmetrical building and looks directly into the sun.
It doesn't hurt.
Nothing does anymore. Okay, that was a huge lie. Even huger than him. He's been hurt in the worst possible thing you can imagine.
His heart.
He sits on the edge and holds his chest.
Why?
Why does he feel like this about her?
She's never been this mad at him before.
Black Star paced back and forth.
Finally, Kid began to get dizzy.
"What's your problem!" he snapped.
Black Star ran his fingers through his spiky blue hair.
"It's Maka," he said.
Kid raised an eyebrow.
"What about her? She's with Soul on a mission," he said.
"I know!"
"So what's the problem?" Kid repeated.
He looked away.
"It's embarrassing," he said, his face turning bright red.
Kid smiled. He got it.
"Hey guys!" Maka chimed as she walked up to the boys with Soul Eater.
"Hey Maka, Soul," Kid said, that smirk stuck on his face.
"What's his problem?" asked Soul nodding towards Black Star.
Kid stuffed his hand in his pockets, "I dunno."
"Hey Black Star? What's wrong?"
She was so close….
"N-nothing. I-I'll see you later," he said.
He bumped into her hard.
"Watch where you're going," he said.
Tsubaki smiled, "Sorry Black Star."
He rolled his eyes. "Where were you?"
Tsubaki blushed deeply.
Like she'd tell him. That'd be way to embarrassing.
He eyed her for a bit, trying to read her. But he soon realized, he'd soon be late.
Soul and Kid helped Black Star with his outfit.
"There!" Soul said.
"And it's perfectly symmetrical!" Kid said.
"She's coming! Beat it!" he said pushing them away.
Maka saw Black Star from a mile away.
He was wearing one of Kid's black and white outfits and was wearing Soul's lucky bracelet.
She smiled.
"What's with…" she said motioned all over his body.
"It's too much isn't it?" he said.
"No way. It's so sweet," she said making him blush.
"Maka…will you go out with me?" he asked.
She smiled wider and pulled him into a sloppy kiss.
Black Star kissed her back, he was so happy.
Tsubaki felt like her heart was torn out and spit on.
She turned and ran.
"Tsubaki! Do me a favor and make me dinner!" Black Star called as he walked into their dorm.
He was glowing after his time with his new girlfriend; now he was hungry.
"…"
"Hello? Tsubaki?" he called again.
"Make me dinner?" she repeated.
"Yeah I'm hungry," he said with a shrug.
She walked up to him.
And slapped the holy hell out of him.
He held the burning part on his face and stared at her in shock.
"How could you?" she shrieked.
He couldn't say anything.
"What?"
"How could you kiss her like that?"
"What do you mean? That's what you do with the girl you like!" he said.
Her heart split more. She threw the bracelet she spent hours making at him.
He got it…He finally understood.
"Tsubaki…I…"
She covered her face and ran out the door.
And now he's here, staring at the bracelet she gave him, sitting on the ledge of the building.
How did he miss it?
She loves him…well loved.
But he does!
It just took a bit of Maka's tongue for him to see it.
"You're not planning to jump are you?"
He turns around to see Tsubaki staring at him with a grin.
"Tsubaki..I'm…"
"Shut up. I'm sorry. I didn't realize how stupid I was acting," she whispers.
He holds out his hand and she eyes it. She took it, though.
He pulls her onto the ledge and into a kiss.
YES! Tsubaki thinks as she smiled on his lips.
"I love you, you idiot"
